We Must Destroy Foreign Imported Marijuana
Operation Green Tea is in effect. It might not happen the way it was introduced but California and Florida are in an economic mess. The most valuable asset they both have now is the ability to grow quality marijuana.
Marijuana has been sanctioned by Paul Castellano. The Crips and Bloods will be the major transporters in this operation and will be federalized to cross borders.
I am against crack and feel it should be eradicated. I think a negotiation should take place to legitimize the Mexican cartel so they can reinvest in the Mexican economy.
However, I give Marijuana to the 6 families of New York to include Crips and Bloods of New York and California.

II hereby request an executive order from the White House to send in troops and burn the Mexican Marijuana fields.
