GENERAL P0WER OF ATTORNEY

I, Frank Paul Jones, residing at 832 Knickerbocker AVE #Apt. ##5D, Brooklyn, New York 11207, hereby appoint John Gotti #:18261-053 of U.S.M.C.F.P. Springfield, P.O. Box 4000, 1900 West Sunshine, Springfield, Missouri 65801-4000, as my attorney-in--fact to exercise the powers and discretions described below

If the Agent is unable to serve for any reason, I appoint Eston Roberts, of 917 Avenue A, Avon, Florida 33825, as my alternate or successor Agent, as the case may be to serve with the same powers and discretions.

My Agent shall have full power and authority to act on my behalf. This power and authority shall authorize my Agent to manage and conduct all of my affairs and to exercise all of my legal rights and powers, including all rights and powers that I may acquire in the future. My Agent's powers shall include, but not be limited to, the power to:

1. Open, maintain or close bank accounts (including, but not limited to, checking accounts, savings accounts, and certificates of deposit), brokerage accounts, retirement plan accounts, and other similar accounts with financial institutions.

a. Conduct any business with any banking or financial institution with respect to any of my accounts, including, but not limited to, making deposits and withdrawals, negotiating or endorsing any checks or other instruments with respect to any such accounts, obtaining bank statements, passbooks, drafts, money orders, warrants, and certificates or vouchers payable to me by any person, firm, corporation or political entity.

b. Perform any act necessary to deposit, negotiate, sell or transfer any note, security, or draft of the United States of America, including U.S. Treasury Securities.

c. Have access to any safe deposit box that I might own, including its contents.

2. Sell, exchange, buy, invest, or reinvest any assets or property owned by me. Such assets or property may include income producing or non-income producing assets and property.

3. Purchase and/or maintain insurance and annuity contracts, including life insurance upon my life or the life of any other appropriate person.

4. Take any and all legal steps necessary to collect any amount or debt owed to me, or to settle any claim, whether made against me or asserted on my behalf against any other person or entity.

5. Enter into binding contracts on my behalf.

6. Exercise all stock rights on my behalf as my proxy, including all rights with respect to stocks, bonds, debentures, commodities, options or other investments

7. Maintain and/or operate any business that I may own.

8. Employ professional and business assistance as may be appropriate, including attorneys, accountants, and real estate agents.

9. Sell, convey, lease, mortgage, manage, insure, improve, repair, or perform any other act with respect to any of my property (now owned or later acquired) including, but not limited to, real estate and real estate rights (including the right to remove tenants and to recover possession). This includes the right to sell or encumber any homestead that I now own or may own in the future.

10. Prepare, sign, and file documents with any governmental body or agency, including, but not limited to, authorization to:

a. Prepare, sign and file income and other tax returns with federal, state, local, and other governmental bodies.

b. Obtain information or documents from any government or its agencies, and represent me in all tax matters, including the authority to negotiate, compromise, or settle any matter with such government or agency.

c. Prepare applications, provide information, and perform any other act reasonably
requested by any government or its agencies in connection with governmental benefits (including medical, military and social security benefits), and to appoint anyone, including my Agent, to act as my "Representative Payee" for the purpose of receiving Social Security benefits.

11. Make gifts from my assets to members of my family and to such other persons or charitable organizations with whom I have an established pattern of giving (or With is appropriate to make such gifts for estate planning and/or tax purposes), to file state and federal gilt tax returns, and to file a tax election to split gifts with my spouse, if any. No Agent acting under this instrument, except as specifically authorized in this instrument, shall have the power or authority to (a) gift, appoint, assign or designate any of my assets, interests or rights, directly or indirectly, to such Agent, such Agent's estate, such Agent's creditors, or the creditors of such Agent's estate, (b) exercise any powers of appointment I may hold in favor of such Agent, such Agent's estate, such Agent's creditors, or the creditors of such Agent's estate, or (c) use any of my assets to discharge any of such Agent's legal
Obligations, including any obligations of support which such Agent may owe to others excluding those whom I am legally obligated to support. For the purposes of making gifts to individuals under this provision, I appoint Eston Roberts, of 917 Avenue A, Avon, Florida 33825, as my “Gift Agent.” Provided that they are not the same person, my Agent is authorized to make gifts, as appropriate, to my Gift Agent, and my Gift Agent is authorized to make gifts, as appropriate, to my Agent. Any gifts made to or for the benefit of my Agent or Gift Agent shall be limited to gifts that qualify for the federal gift tax annual exclusion, shall not exceed in value the federal gift tax annual exclusion amount in any one calendar year, and this annual right shall be non-cumulative and shall lapse at the end of each calendar year. If my Agent makes gifts to minors, such gifts may be made directly to the minor, to a parent, guardian or next friend of the minor, or under the Uniform Gifts to Minors Act or the Uniform Transfers To Minors Act.

12. Transfer any of my assets to the trustee of any revocable trust created by me, if such trust is in existence at the time of such transfer.

13. Subject to other provisions of this document, disclaim any interest which might
Otherwise be transferred or distributed to me from any other person, estate, trust, or other entity, as may be appropriate. However, my Agent may not disclaim assets to which I would be entitled; if the result is that the disclaimed assets pass directly or indirectly to my Agent or my Agent's estate. Provided that they are not the same person, my Agent may disclaim assets which pass to my Gift Agent, and my Gift Agent may disclaim assets which pass to my Agent.

This Power of Attorney shall be construed broadly as a General Power of Attorney. The listing of specific powers is not intended to limit or restrict the general powers granted in this Power of Attorney in any manner.

Any power or authority granted to my Agent under this document shall be limited to the extent necessary to prevent this Power of Attorney from causing: (I) my income to be taxable to my Agent, (II) my assets to be subject to a general power of appointment by my Agent, or (iii) my Agent to have any incidents of ownership with respect to any life insurance policies that I may own on the life of my Agent.

My Agent shall not be liable for any loss that results from a judgment error that was made in good faith. However, my Agent shall be liable for willful misconduct or the failure to act in good faith while acting under the authority of this Power of Attorney. A successor Agent shall not be liable for acts of a prior Agent.

No person who relies in good faith on the authority of my Agent under this instrument shall incur any liability to me, my estate or my personal representative. I authorize my Agent to indemnify and hold harmless any third party who accepts and acts under this document.

If any part of any provision of this instrument shall be invalid or unenforceable under applicable

law, such part shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity only, without in any way affecting the remaining parts of such provision or the remaining provisions of this instrument.

My Agent shall be entitled to reasonable compensation for any services provided as my Agent. My Agent shall be entitled to reimbursement of all reasonable expenses incurred as a result of carrying out any provision of this Power of Attorney.

My Agent shall provide an accounting for all funds handled and all acts performed as my Agent, but only if so request or if such a request is made by any authorized personal representative or fiduciary acting on my behalf.

This Power of Attorney shall become effective immediately, and shall not be affected by my disability or lack of mental competence, except as may be provided otherwise by an applicable state statute. This is a Durable Power of Attorney. This Power of Attorney shall continue effective until my death. This Power of Attorney may be revoked by me at any time by providing written notice to my Agent.

On this day at the Garden I could have settled for $20 Million, got married and lived a happy life. Instead I took on this bullshit mission and now it is 31 years later. I screwed Latoya over and later I scorned Janet to the point of what was perhaps no return. I do not even want to entertain Latoya and Jack Gordon. I do not know but maybe my blessing was their taste for men. Jack and Rene! Still I cannot accept how they pandered those girls and therefore used me.

INT. THE MSG -- NEW YORK—NIGHT - 1975

I and Billy went to see the Jackson Five in Concert, but, it was the day that a Pact was to be arranged, for the Wedlock.

I saw little Janet in between her parents and Latoya was with a girlfriend.

Paul knew that Latoya was afraid of Paul Castellano, and he had a long road in front of him, and what he had to say to them was decided by his mother.

PAUL CASTELLANO
All right Joe, here is the deal.

Paul made arrangements to marry Janet who was 9 year old at the time and he was 16 years old. Latoya thought he was crazy to pick Janet over her, being she was fine and Janet was just a little girl at the time. But Paul knew it would be many years before the Union would be fully realized; where they would actually live together. But, little did Latoya know Paul had plans for her also.

Some guy notice the Parents of The Jackson Five, they had no idea how famous they were, and he tried to rip them off, because he was mad that his girlfriend made him take her to the Concert. Paul Castellano beat him up, and Janet applauds him. What took place at this meeting changed the life of Janet forever, as Paul entered into another Pact.

After the arrangement Billy spoke.

BILLY
(Laughing)
Now you have to marry her you Mother, those people don't play!

PAUL CASTELLANO
I look forward to that day; it will be the day of my Glory.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Billy, do you have something you want to tell me?

BILLY
What do you mean?

INT. AT MY APARTMENT – DAY - 1975

Blond Eva and her friends returned from Atlantic City, a place were a bunch of Casinos were built. They had an enjoyable weekend, and came home.

FRANK PAUL JONES
Mommy you had fun.

MRS. VIRGIE
Blond almost broke the bank.

FRANK PAUL JONES
Ma can I have some money?

BLOND
I lost it all back. Damn you boy, your going to make me leave my friends.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Bless you, that you had a chance to have friends, I will suffer, and will miss you. Show me that you are all right?

BLOND

Blond danced and laughed, and her friends laughed, and then Frank Paul Jones didn't remember what Paul Castellano witnessed.

I love you and I AM going to miss you, but, you have to leave the scene so that you don't have to suffer any longer, what you received is advanced to medical technology, and if you stay everyone will know, you have to leave. I love you.

I love you too Paul, you will have to be strong.

I will be lonely and I will suffer, but, I will overcome it all, don't worry about me. Just enjoy the ride.
I do not remember exactly when this took place, however I know this is how the government found out about me. I believe my mother had something to do with it and well as John Gotti and Carlo Gambino. I think it was a setup, so that the government discovered me, so that I could engage in covert operations for them. I actually started working for the government when I was 17 years old, which is when I joined the United States Army. My first major mission was the development of the AIDS virus.

INT. HOUSE NEW YORK. – NIGHT – YEAR UNCERTAIN

Me and a friend named Raymond was walking together from the Subway to go to his sister's house, Raymond had a KEY that allowed him to turn Frank Paul Jones into Paul Castellano. He used his key so I could do what I had to do at his sister's house.

When we arrive at the house we were searched by his sister's husband's men. The house had bullet proof windows, he was a big time heroin dealer, and I was sent to deliver a message from John Gotti, what was to happen would change my life forever.

RAYMOND
Why are you searching me, Cathy is my sister, I AM coming to see my sister.

SECURITY
This isn't personal Raymond; these are our orders to check all visitors.

SECURITY
Who is this dude with you?

RAYMOND

SECURITY
Raise them Paul, you know the routine!

We both were searched for weapons and we both were clean.

RAYMOND
Hi Cathy, how is everything going?

CATHY

RAYMOND
Paul needs to meet with Herb!

What the hell does this boy have to see me about?

RAYMOND
Ask him, he is standing right there.

Herb pulled out a gun, and pointed it at Paul Castellano, and started to threaten him.

It doesn't have to come down to that Herb, I didn't come here for trouble, I just came to deliver a message, and I assume your answer is no, right?

HERB
Fuck that shit, I should make an example out of your punk ass.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Do you want to kill me?

(Yelled)

What you don't think I will do it motherfucker?

Herb didn't know he had the gun pointed at himself, he thought it was pointed at Paul Castellano, he was put under hypnosis.

Herb pulled the trigger and blew his own head off.

Oh shit, did you see that, he pulled the trigger on himself Raymond?

Red started laughing.

RAYMOND
Man, we have to get out of here; his boys are going to be all over us.

Don't worry I will put them to sleep.

Cathy started to pick up the gun.

She backed off.

Let's get out of here.

As we walk out the security didn't know what was going on, Paul Castellano put them to sleep.

EXT. OUT IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. – NIGHT – YEAR UNCERTAIN

When we got out of the house the Police where already outside the house, Paul Castellano got nervous, thinking they would arrest him or worst kill him, so he made them put their guns to their heads.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Do you want to kill me?

POLICE OFFICERS
What the hell is going on, you have your gun pointed at your own damn head.

POLICE OFFICERS
So do you.

POLICE OFFICERS
Paul whatever you are doing you will not get away with it.

PAUL CASTELLANO
How do you know my name, and how did you just happen to be here, is this a setup?

POLICE OFFICERS
You won't get away with this Paul!

PAUL CASTELLANO
Do you want to kill me?

POLICE OFFICERS
Nobody is going to kill you Paul, so stop doing whatever you are doing.

PAUL CASTELLANO
(Spoken quickly)
Get John Gotti, get John Gotti!

POLICE OFFICERS
Just be calm Paul, we will get whoever you want us to get.

It became a stand off, and about 10 Police Officers were at the scene, all of them had guns pointed at their own head.

POLICE OFFICERS
Somebody tell me what the hell is going on her, this shit is not right.

POLICE OFFICERS
It's him, I don't fucking know!

Joseph Gotti or Gene Gotti came to the scene and calmed everyone down, everybody put their guns away.

This was how the Government got to know the power of Paul Castellano, which resulted in a Pact with the Government.

I do not actually remember John Gotti’s role in this one, I know he setup Raymond’s brother-in-law. I met with the Jacksons at the Manhattan VA Hospital, while I was getting a tooth pulled in an emergency. We talked about Janet and Latoya; they could not understand how I chose Janet over Latoya. However Tito kind of understood the logic that Janet would not be a little girl forever. I do not remember when I was at the Hospital exactly, but it was not too long after that we did the studio work. What I did on the bass guitar was I pulled the strings on the guitar that was my trademark. This was a very difficult style to duplicate day in and day out, because it is very hard on your fingers. This made it hard to do on tour.

INT: CBS RECORDING STUDIOS NEW YORK. – DAY – NEW YEARS EVE - 1977

Frank Paul Jones and Raymond Hood went out for New Years Eve Night, but, on the way Raymond brought Paul to the CBS Recording studios in Manhattan. Raymond had a KEY, if you remember the hit at Raymond's sister's house, Raymond brought Paul there also. John Gotti arranged this meeting between The Jacksons and Paul Castellano. They met at the VA Hospital prior to the studio work

RAYMOND
Paul are you ready, it's time for you to do this studio work.

Raymond and Paul switched coats, and all the Producer knew was that Paul was a Mulatto, but, Raymond was lighter than Paul. He was Red and his hair was even Red, whereby Paul was just an everyday light skin person.

PRODUCER
Is it you I have been waiting for?

RAYMOND
It's not me, he is Paul Castellano!

PRODUCER
Are you'll ready?

RAYMOND
Give me a couple of minutes to get him ready.
Paul Castellano it's time for you to do the bass lines for the Jacksons.

Do you have everything I told you'll to have?

PRODUCER

Paul Castellano listened to the bass lines they had put together with the songs. He was there to do them over, with a lot of funk and style.

This shit sucks, who did this shit?

Now I see why you'll need me, this shit sucks. All right, get ready to record, let's do this!

Paul Castellano did all the bass lines for the Jacksons Destiny Album. He did it all in one day. While he was jamming, the song said, "That's the way I like It." referring to the bass lines.

RAYMOND
Paul! Look up there!

Paul looked up and he saw Michael Jackson, he waved at Michael and Michael smiled and waved back, and then he looked to the rear of the studio and saw the rest of the Jacksons. He had no idea all those people were there. Paul had to do the bass lines, because one of the Jackson Five members named Jermaine stayed with the old record label Motown, when they moved on. What Paul Castellano did that day, they couldn't duplicate in a live performance.

That album sold double platinum and put the Jacksons back on the charts, and Michael Jackson eventually broke the charts, this was to get things started again.

After Paul Castellano jammed they gave Raymond some money for them to party at the Studio 54. They partied for a little while, and after they ran out of money they went home, and Frank Paul Jones didn't remember what happened the next day.

INT: AT MY STEP-FATHER'S UNCLE'S HOUSE IN CORONA. – DAY -1979-80

INT: AT MY UNCLE'S HOUSE IN CORONA. -- NIGHT

I stayed with them for about 9 months, I never really felt at home, they didn't treat me the way I thought they should have. I was like only a paycheck to them. But, before I left Corona two major events took place, one in Corona and one in California. I got two girls pregnant. One of the girls didn't know it was me, and one of the girls I didn't know it was her and both of them did what they did because they didn't think I would survive. However in both cases I did not remember and did not know I had children.

I was sleep after heavy drinking and didn't know what was going on, the next day I knew something was missing, but, there was no sign of a wet dream. A girl name Lori came to me with my cousin Pat, and had sex with me while I was sleep and drunk.

Deep within I felt like she was trying to tell me something, because I felt like I ejaculated, but, I didn't remember anything from that night before.

I did what I did and everything I did was for a reason. The child is proof that it was me, because nobody knew what happened that night after I left. They all thought it was someone else. INT. JANET'S PARENTS ESTATE IN ENCINO CALIFORNIA. – NIGHT ABOUT 1979-80

Remember the pact I made with the Jackson Family concerning wedlock? Well the time had come for a major phase of this pact. I came to there estate to have Janet's virginity at age 13 years old, and I was 20. It was by parental consent so it wasn't rape, and the only people who were in the room were me and Janet, so it wasn't Child Pornography.

Janet I love you but I don't want to hurt you.

JANET
You have to do it, you must, and I AM ready.

Janet was put under hypnosis, and was put into a deep sleep. A basketball player was at the house because he was in town to have a physical examination, after he was drafted into the NBA.

Magic Johnson went into the room where Janet was, and when she woke up, he was the first person she saw. So she believed it was him, but, he knew it wasn't him. And, for a long time Janet thought Magic was the father of her Daughter she had at age 14 years old. These were two secrets about Paul that not many people knew about, and it was all based on the idea that he would get killed.

I am almost certain this took place in 1982 and Janet was 16 years old. I scorned her very bad behind this. After we gave her breast back to her in 1989, she went out of her way to show them to the world. If you remember when Latoya posed for Playboy she made a big issue about her breast being real, that was because they thought Janet’s breast were not. Janet thought they were not her real breast, but they were, her mole came off because it was frozen. Her breast grew after being put back on, she should have known.

EXT. IN THE DESERT. – DAY – MOJAVE DESERT – CALIFORNIA – 1981-82

At Fork Polk as a Fire Support Specialist, we spent about 6 months out of the year in the woods or the desert. We went to the Mojave Desert in California twice a year for 30 days stays. We were preparing for desert warfare, before people even imagined we would go to war over there.

Before I tell you about something that happened while I was at the Mojave Desert I want to give you a little background about my experience at Fort Polk. Aside of my activities with prostitutes, being we worked hard and played hard also, I went up the ranks fast. I went from PV2 to Spec-4 in about a little more than one year and the 1st Sergeant loved me. Like I said, I enjoyed being stationed in Fort Polk, but, there was a dark side to this tour that I wasn't aware of at the time, and people I loved suffered while I was having a regular party.

EXT. MOJAVE DESERT. -- NIGHT

I and a Sergeant First Class went into the dark desert on a mission that had nothing to do with the Army. We had points we went to refuel, and we ended up at the Estate of the Famous Jackson Family in Encino California.

Open the gates we were expecting him.

When I got to Janet she was sedated and asleep, but, my direct orders was that the doctor on standby do nothing until I got there, because what I was about to do was beyond his abilities.

Didn't I tell you to wait until I get here, you was about to botch this operation, and that would have cost you your life.

PAUL CASTELLANO
(Yelled)
What the fuck you think you are doing bitch.

Then Paul Castellano using a laser device cut up the doctor, the operation was done with a laser device.

DOCTOR
You cut me, I AM bleeding badly.

PAUL CASTELLANO
So what, you is a doctor treat yourself. If you were going to use this on Janet, you would have stopped the bleeding right? Get the fuck out of my face, I clearly told you to wait until I get here.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Sergeant I might need your help to do this. What's up John?

JOHN GOTTI
Damn Paul you fucked that guy up, he didn't mean anything.

PAUL CASTELLANO
I told him to what for me, I can't chance this operation being botched. You just be ready to freeze this shit when I say so.

I used a laser device to surgically remove Jan's breast that was the other part of the pact made at the MSG in 1975. I knew Janet was at high risk to get breast cancer, and my mother told me to do this, and I told Joe I would do this, and once it was said, it had to happen. Two things were accomplished by this operation.

#1: Jan was made sterile and

#2: We prevented her from developing breast cancer.

She got her breast back which was why she came back to me, but, the third thing nobody thought about, and become the real challenge was Janet was scorned by this, but, I had no choice, other than to move Medical Technology ahead of it's time, and knowledge is the only thing I would have to sell when the time came for me to come on to the scene.

We drove off back to the desert; I didn't remember any of this.

INT: IN THE BARRACKS AT FORT POLK. – DAY – 1981-82

I bought Janet's first album, she took a picture in water, and you could only see her face and hair.

I didn't understand what he was talking about at the time, but, it was something that Frank Paul Jones heard, that one day he would understand, her breast were surgically removed before the release of her first album.

I had no idea how serious the car accident was I should have known something when the First Sergeant told me to travel in my Dress Greens. At Permanent duty stations, very few people travel in Dress greens.

EXT: AT THE BUS STATION ABOUT ONE AND A HALF DAYS LATER. -- DAY

MARSHELL
It's about time Cuz, why did you come by bus, didn't they tell you Ella was in a car accident.

FRANK PAUL JONES
How is she?

MARSHELL
I don't know man, your Father just wanted you to come to Avon, Park he said, once you get here everything would be all right, but, it doesn't look too good. You just have one bag?

FRANK PAUL JONES
Yea, I AM on emergency leave, once the situation is under control I have to go back to Fort Polk.

We arrived at the house. I walked into the house.

FRANK CLARK JONES
(Crying)
Paul Castellano, please don't take my daughter away from me; anything but not my little girl.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Damn Elizabeth got bruised up some!

FRANK PAUL JONES
I didn't know how serious the accident was or I would have taken a plane to Avon Park. Elizabeth was lying on the coach dead, she died in that car accident, and Frank was asking for a miracle.

PAUL CASTELLANO
That is not Ella, that woman there is not stupid. You can call her Ella, but, she is the least of me. Get up, wake up!

Ella woke up and smiled at Paul Castellano.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Go to the bathroom I know you need to use the bathroom after three days. There might be a little blood in it, but, you will be all right.

Frank Clark Jones was in amazement, he couldn't believe what he saw, and he smiled.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Ella you will go through a healing process and it will be painful, but, you will recover.

FRANK PAUL JONES
Frank you will have to take care of her, you will even have to give her baths, but, she will recover, and she will be all right. Now I will go and get me a beer.

I went to my Aunt's lounge to drink some beer.

AUNT LOIS
How can you come in here and drink beer and your sister is dead?

FRANK PAUL JONES
Ella?

AUNT LOIS
Who in the hell do you think I AM talking about?

FRANK PAUL JONES
I just spoke to Ella, she is cut up and bruised, but, she isn't dead.

AUNT LOIS
That is bullshit I saw her; Ella is dead.

FRANK PAUL JONES
Well if you don't believe me you can call my Father, but, meanwhile give me my beer, I AM on emergency leave, and have to get out of town very soon. Give me a beer please?

Aunt Lois called my Father, and he told her Ella was all right, and was just bruised up.

AUNT Lois
Get the hell out of here, I got to go down to the house and see this for myself, I saw Ella and she was dead.

Aunt Lois went down to the house a couple of blocks from her club to witness for herself what was revealed to her.

What Frank did until Paul Castellano got to town was rub Elizabeth down with ointment to kill the smell of death. Ella was dead for about three days.

INT: BACK AT FORT POLK IN THE FIRST SERGEANT'S OFFICE. -- DAY

So how is your sister?

FRANK PAUL JONES
She will be all right; she got a little banged up. Why didn't you tell it was that serious? They got on me for taking the bus, instead of a plane.

EXT: ARMY POST IN GERMANY. – DAY – fall 1982

The time had come to leave Fort Polk and go back to Germany, and I was sent to the same town, but, a different Barracks. The name of the town is Schweinfurt Germany.

SSG WINSTON
Welcome to Germany, we have been expecting you.

FRANK PAUL JONES
So this is it?

SSG WINSTON
Yes this will be your home for the next year and a half or so.

FRANK PAUL JONES
Do you like it here Staff Sergeant Winston?

SSG WINSTON
It's a job. You just missed Latoya Jackson; she came here to check out your new home.

FRANK PAUL JONES
Why would she do that?

SSG WINSTON
Don't ask me, she came with her manager, this little short White dude; he is a funny dude.

They changed the grease they fry chicken with just for her, she said the chicken was good, then she performed at the EM club.

EXT: THE BAVARIAN MOUNTAINS. – DAY DATE UNKNOWN

We went on a field trip to see the mountains of Bavaria. At this place where we went there were men who called themselves Monks. Most of them were fat, and they made there own home made brew.

I was brought to a Monk who had a message for me; I call these mountains the mountains of deception.

MONK
How do you like it up here?

PAUL CASTELLANO
All I see is bunch of mountains, to be honest.

MONK
How would you like to stay here and rule the world?

PAUL CASTELLANO
After my tour in Germany I have to go back home.

MONK
You could stay here, and we will send for that girl, and everything you can imagine will be at hands length.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Who are you going to send for Janet?

MONK
Forget about that little girl, we will send for the beautiful one Latoya, she said, if you stay she will come and live with you.
If you decide to stay, we will show you what is inside these mountains, it will amaze you.

The only thing that amazes me is you, you're the Devil himself, and they brought me here so that you can tempt me. Man I AM not staying up here.

This conversation went on for a while, I don't know how long, but, when SSG Winston came back for me he said.

Then he laughed and said.

He made his decision, and he doesn't want to stay here, so we will take him back to Schweinfurt.

INT: A SECRET MEETING PLACE. GERMANY-- NIGHT

SSG WINSTON
Paul Castellano, the last time you was here your orders were to create an incurable disease, today they call it AIDS. This time they want you to develop a nuclear bomb umbrella that will be called Star Wars. Can we depend on you?

It's as good as done.

FRANK PAUL JONES
A lot of people don't know how this research was financed. There was a bill later called the Deregulation Bill by President Ronald. The Bill became what was known as the S&L scandal. What it was all about was money being loaned to finance Projects that didn't exist, so a lot of money disappeared, and that money financed the Star Wars Program. Then came the bail out; whereby the tax payers had to bail out lending institutions. But, in reality they were paying for Star Wars Technology. So the tax payers got there money worth out of the deal, and the Star Wars Program was said to be impossible, but, in fact became a covert operation and Paul Castellano was behind it.

INT: AT A CLUB IN SWHWEINFURT GERMANY. -- NIGHT

A bunch of guys from my unit went to a guest house in Germany to drink and party. There was this guy name Tally who was being kicked out of the Army for selling drugs. He had a girlfriend who was a whore, and she sat on my lap and let me penetrate her. By this time I was hitting it off with the women in Germany, and I didn't know he loved that girl, so I told people what happened, and the word got to Tally, and he sought revenge.

One of my drinks was drugged at the club, and after the club closed we walked back. It wasn't that we didn't have money to take a cab back; it was a setup, to allow this stuff to take effect. When I got back to the barracks I went to sleep.

All right Washington, he is knocked out, if you fuck that Motherfucker in the Ass, I will give you my connections here, and your money flow will be beautiful.

TALLY
Fuck that Nigger, he fucked my old lady.

MAC

While I was drugged Washington raped me; I felt the pain of the penetration, but, I couldn't fight him off, I was too weak. The next morning I thought it was a bad dream, but, realized I was actually raped.

The unit covered it up and I vowed to get an honorable discharge no matter what I had to do to get it.

INT: AT A HOTEL WITH REV. JESSE JACKSON. -- NIGHT

Staff Sergeant Winston who was my KEY arranged a meeting with me and Rev. Jesse Jackson, who was traveling Germany to get the Troops to vote, but, in reality he came to Germany to meet with Paul Castellano.

Frank Paul Jones was in the process of becoming Paul Castellano, right before Rev. Johnson.

I AM afraid; they are going to kill me.

Then Paul Castellano started laughing, saying Frank Paul Jones is a baby, and he wasn't that body he just resides in it.

REV. JACKSON
Why you let them do what they did to Paul.

PAUL CASTELLANO
He has to overcome it, he had to know, but, he has to overcome it.

REV. JACKSON
What are you going to do to the people responsible for this?

PAUL CASTELLANO
What do you suggest?

REV. JOHNSON
They must die.

PAUL CASTELLANO
You are right, and I assume you are afraid for your life as well, but, you will be all right, it's all a part of the Master Plan.

The decision was made to protect Jesse, because he had a strong Presidential campaign and the decision was made to handle the people who raped Paul.

FRANK PAUL JONES
I don't remember the last day in Germany of this tour. All I remember was being with a prostitute in Frankfurt, who told me I had to return to Schweinfurt to resolve this situation, then I saw SSG Winston who said, there he goes, and then later on that night I remember sweating on top of the same prostitute, and she said, now you can go home.

INT: IN AVON FLORIDA AT MY STEP-FATHER'S HOUSE. -- DAY

I showed my Father a picture of the person who raped me with his social security number, and told him one day I AM going to find him and make him pay for what he did.

Give me that damn picture, he is dead already.

Then he ripped the picture up. For about six months after getting out of the Military I got drunk, because I was a broken man.

The Third Enlistment: 1984 to 1987

I am giving you all some excerpts from the Apostle screenplay, explain my relations with the Latoya and Janet. You cannot read this as if it is written verbatim. I am trying to tell a story that is based on a true story. The scenes are very close to the actual past events, but I do not remember everything to the letter. An example to a little confusion is when I found out Janet came to Washington DC while I was in town. I do not know what went on between her and the President. It would seem that she knew it was me, but she did not know it was me. Confusing? The plan was for me to go to jail, but as I walked through it I did not know what was going to happen, I just knew whatever happened was meant to be. It is more to the screenplay than my relations with the Jackson Family, but they are a major part of it as you can see.

After I got out of the Army at the end of me second enlistment, I got drunk whenever I was not sick from the last drunk. My old unit in Germany got in touch with my Step-Father, they wanted me back. You have to remember that Frank Paul Jones did not know he was Paul Castellano, so all of the activities of Paul Castellano were unknown to him. They wanted him back, but Frank was angry with the unit for covering up the rape and threatening him with disciplinary action for fighting with Washington. Every time Frank thought about what he did to him he would hit him or threaten to kill him one day.

I never was a man who could hold his alcohol. I used to drink a lot of malt liquor and smoke a little weed. I drank from September of 1984 until about February of 1985. I joined the National Guard and did not look for a job. When my unemployment was about to run out, you get 6 months of unemployment when you get out of the Army with a good discharge, I just reenlisted to go back to Fort Polk, thinking it would be the same, but it was not. The military was a revolving door to me.

When I got to Fort Polk they sent me to a different unit and I was mistreated because of what happened in Germany, I guess the people responsible for the rape did not make it back home to the United States. Let us make a long story short.

I met a lady named Judy she was bi-sexual and I thought it was a joke not to be concerned with, but she mistreated me from day one after I married her after knowing her for only 4 months. I did this for a few reasons. The main reasons I married her was because she needed a place of her own and I thought she was a nice person, I actually thought she was Janet, I use to tell her all the time “You are my Janet,” but I had no idea of my actual relations with Janet. I was burnt out and a broken man. Probably the main reason I married her was because I had a drinking problem and was afraid to live in the barracks, I was afraid of getting raped again. I vowed that if a person ever did that to me again, I would kill them. So living off Post was an option.

After about three months of marriage, whereby she was screwing my Supervisor SSG Wingfield from day one and showing more concern for her female lover than me, I said to myself fuck this shit. My Section chief SFC Fellbush fucked with me everyday talking about “you have to go back to Germany” and that “John Gotti needs you.” I had no idea who John Gotti was and did not know anything about what happened in Germany. I did not understand why he fucked with so much.

I went AWOL in September 1985 and ended up in New York City, and I went to a meeting as Paul Castellano. Three months later “Big Paul” got killed, I think that was why I came back to New York City; it was to resolve the situation that has been going on too long. Big Paul was not the successor of Carlo Gambino, I was. John Gotti took the heat and ran the organization’s day to day operations. I operated under the radar. I was the think tank!

Janet and James De Barge

In September 1984

Janet was going to get married to this dude James De Barge. They took me to the where they were going to have sex I guess. Instead of him having sex with her I did. Joe Jackson and Russell told me to f**k her like a bit*h, but I wanted make love, but I fu**ked her instead, then they told me to kick her ass and I beat her and broke her nose. I did not know my strength, and this is why she got a nose job. She thought it was James who beat her and had sex with her. She yelled for help and Joe came in and ran James off, like if he abused Janet. This is how we broke up that relationship. James was so afraid he did not know what to do. James did not consummate Janet it was me. Janet did not learn about the truth until 1989 during the Integration. This happened right after I returned from Germany. I do not know where they took me I think it was Encino, California at the Jackson’s Residence. They made them wait until I returned, which was about a week or two after the marriage was put on paper. But like I said, she was married already.

This is the secret behind this mess. James De Barge was going to consummate Janet by having anal sex with her and that infuriated Joe Jackson. In 1982 Janet loss her breast they were surgically removed and I gave them back to her in 1989 during the integration then everything about her became about sex, but I am getting away from the point, but this is how Janet was scorned and why she did what she did to Rene, but we prevented breast cancer and made her sterile for awhile, therefore it was impossible for her to have had a child from James De Barge. Joe and Russell my Key made me do to James what he was going to do to Janet, they made me punk him. Perhaps that is why he had a drug problem if that was the real reason for the annulment. He must have been traumatized and I am not proud of what they had me do, but let the truth be told.

EXT: IN THE QUEENBRIDGE PROJECTS. – DAY – 5 JULY 1989

A dude called Chico walked up to me showing me that he had a gun.

CHICO
Somebody is here to see you.

FRANK PAUL JONES
If you are going to kill me, kill be here, because I AM not going anywhere with you.

The reason for this response was I use to go to his bar and give him a hard time, because I couldn't handle my alcohol consumption, so I thought he was out to hurt me. I was just let out the hospital for one day, for administrative reasons after detoxification and was scheduled to go back into the hospital for 28 days of alcohol rehabilitation.

Chico walked off after an argument. Then a dude named Russell walked up to me and asked me what in the hell was wrong with me. He showed me he wasn't packing and KEYED in Paul Castellano, he had a KEY.

He took me to a Park called the River Park two blocks away from where we were. I saw Janet, a Producer name Jimmy Jam, and an old friend who arranged this meeting a radio personality named Dr. Bob Lee.

PAUL CASTELLANO
What is going on?

Russell
That girl came to see you.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Who?

JANET
Me Paul, you told me to say, "Come to you."

I started to remember things again; those were code words to wake me up.

PAUL CASTELLANO
I said, for you to say "Come to me."

I remembered the meeting in 1975 when the arrangement was made. A lot of things came back to me. We walked to a bench and talked for a little while, as I asked her crazy questions, like, "Are you real." "Is that your real nose," and so on?

JANET
I want my breast back!

PAUL CASTELLANO
Janet I love you and everything is going to be all right, but, I have to do what I AM about to do to protect you.

I cursed her out and called her a whore, because I knew I had to face a very powerful man and I didn't know who he was, and I didn't want Janet to be used as leverage against me. Everybody was surprised of my behavior, but, Janet knew it was all an act.

INT. INSIDE A PUB OUTSIDE OF QUEENSBRIDGE. -- DAY

Next thing I knew I was inside of a bar, and I saw a few people, but, I mainly notice the three men in the back of the Pub. One of the men had a gun with a silencer.

PAUL CASTELLANO
What are you going to do, are you going to kill me?

I got louder and louder.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Are you going to kill me?

The man in the middle said he isn't going to kill you Paul. Hey put that gun away!

Then the man in the middle said, Chico has something you have to drink. I said I don't drink anymore I just got out of detox. The man in the middle said it isn't alcohol, it is truth serum and you have to drink it.

PAUL CASTELLANO
I don't drink!

RUSSELL
(Yelled)
Didn't the man say drink the shit, now damn it drank the shit?

I drank the shit.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Damn that shit is strong, when I was drinking were was that shit?

Then like something out of Mission Impossible, the man in the middle took off a mask.

PAUL CASTELLANO
I know you!

The man in the middle said, how do you know me?

PAUL CASTELLANO
I saw you in the newspaper.

The man in the middle said, who AM I.

PAUL CASTELLANO
You're John Gotti!

JOHN GOTTI
Can you believe this guy?

Everybody laughed.

JOHN GOTTI
Paul they are going to kill me, I AM as good as dead. You can't go around killing a God-Father.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Who are you?

JOHN GOTTI
The God-Father!

PAUL CASTELLANO
So how can they go around and kill you.

JOHN GOTTI
I AM here to settle with you Paul; if you want me to I will kill myself, because I was disloyal.

PAUL CASTELLANO
How could you be disloyal when you are the man?

JOHN GOTTI
Just give me the word and I will kill myself.

While he was saying this I had a gun pointed at my own head, but, it seemed to me that John had the gum pointed at his head. So if I gave him the order to kill himself, it would have been me pulling the trigger on myself.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Show me both of your hands.

John Gotti showed Paul both of his hands,

PAUL CASTELLANO
How could you have a gum pointed at your head, and both of your hands are free?

Then Paul Castellano realized the gun was pointed at his head.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Get this motherfucking gun off of my head. You want to kill me.

JOHN GOTTI
No Paul, I just had to know it was you, I didn't know who the Army sent back.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Well Paul Castellano would never kill John Gotti, so if I ordered you to kill yourself it couldn't have been me.

JOHN GOTTI
Paul you have to get me out of this shit, you are going to have to show me something, before I pay you.

PAUL CASTELLANO
Where is Janet, where is Janet!

JOHN GOTTI
You put that girl through enough, why did you pull that stunt.

PAUL CASTELLANO
I knew I had to face the unknown, but, now I know it was you, so everything is cool with her, I was just protecting her from the unknown factor.

They sent for Janet, and then they gave Paul Castellano the complete status report, and important plans were made. All this stuff I told you about in this story was found out by Frank Paul Jones at these meetings. Had I never made it to these meetings, I would have been left in limbo, and never knew who I was. This was when I found out everything about me. It was called the Integration because the two minds became aware of each other. This was when I found out about my children and this when Janet found out her child was mine's and that Frank Paul Jones was in fact Paul Castellano, which upset her, because she didn't know what was going on either.

PAUL CASTELLANO
What was to come about, a lot of it was planned in this little Pub. Paul Castellano arranged to be married to both Janet and Latoya, and when he sent them off he told them they could do anything but, give birth to another man's child. They both became his wives. This Integration begun on July 5th 1989, Frank Clark Jones died in October of 1989 as it seemed, and Paul woke up because all the good news put him into shock in April 1990 in Avon Florida, because he had to be put back to sleep for a slower transition. Janet's Rhythm Nation 1814 album woke him up while watching the "Alright" video.

JOHN GOTTI
Now remember Paul we have to do this my way, I know how these people think. You have to believe I AM your Father for this to work. And when you go to the White House, remember to tell the President I said, "I have to go to prison for 10 years, so that kids know that crime doesn't pay." This will set everything into motion and there will be no turning back.


EXT: ON THE WHITE HOUSE GROUNDS. – DAY – MAY 1991

John got busted and was about to be sentenced, I was living in New York City, and was working for Metropolitan Transportation Authority. I got 2 weeks vacation and decided to go and see the President of The United States George Bush.

FRANK PAUL JONES
I need to see the President.

SECRET SERVICE
You have an appointment.

FRANK PAUL JONES
No!

SECRET SERVICE
You can't just come to see the President. What your name.

FRANK PAUL JONES
Frank Paul Jones, they also call me Paul Castellano.

SECRET SERVICE
Don't move, wait there for a moment.

They found out I was the person who Faxed the Media and threatened the President and I was arrested.

They took me to a room to question me, and the conversation went on, and I gave them Intelligence.

John did around 10 years in Prison on a life sentence, and then he was pronounced died.

All right we are not going to send you to prison, but, the media is out there because of your faxes, so we are going to send you to Saint Elizabeth Hospital to a Psychiatric Ward, and when everything blows over you can leave. But you will lose you job.

I understand it won't look right threatening the President and working for the Government. But you do know I AM one of the President's men.

If you wasn't we would have threw the key away. But, you have to promise to never come back here.

DOCTOR
Here is the report you requested from the Secret Service. They said, you will have to stay here for at least 2 weeks, but, no Judge will order you to stay pass the 2 week minimum.

PAUL CASTELLANO

I got a full report on the Crips and Bloods and their operations. I knew once I got out of the hospital, I would have to go to Prison to meet with the Crips.

DOCTOR
We are going to diagnose you as Bipolar Disorder. If you stay until we release you, we can get you your job back.

FRANK PAUL JONES
My name is Paul Castellano and I need to see either Janet or her mother.

SECURITY
Mrs. Jackson isn't home and Janet isn't here.

FRANK PAUL JONES
I will wait.

About an hour passed by and Jermaine Jackson came towards the front gate.

JERMAINE
Let me see your identification card, you are not Paul Castellano.

I showed them my identification and it said, Frank Paul Jones.

JERMAINE
This doesn't say Paul Castellano.

SECURITY
You have to leave, Mrs. Jackson isn't home and Janet isn't here.

FRANK PAUL JONES
Later the Police report said, Mrs. Jackson was shopping and they told her not to return until I left, and Janet was filming a movie in Oakland California.

FRANK PAUL JONES
The L.A. Police came and arrested me for trespassing, which was a false charge because I was on Public Property that was how the house was designed. I went to County Jail and a month later when the L.A. Prosecutor realized they couldn't make any of the charges stick, they turned over some letters I wrote Janet that they said were threatening in content, and I was transferred to a Federal Holding Facility. I could have been pulled out of the Prison System by The Secret Service, but, I refused their help because I knew I had a job to do. I think their offer was just to let me know they were on my side, because they knew I had a job to do also.

INT: FEDERAL HOLDING FACILITY MDC-LA. –DAY – DATE UNKNOWN

I had several meetings with members of the Crips while I was in the Federal Holding Facility in Los Angeles California.

We watched Janet's movie "Poetic Justice." There was a love scene that was cut out, because the leading male in the movie "Two Pac," sexually assaulted Janet in the love scene, because he knew she wasn't getting any. The Crips knew what happened but they didn't force me to see it, but, informed me about what happened.

PAUL CASTELLANO
No! My threat against him will keep him alive, my Father told me not to touch him.

INT. IN AVON PARK FLORIDA -- DAY

Time passed by I got out of prison and completed what the Federal Government calls supervised release which is like being on probation for 3 years.

After I finished supervised release in 1997, I moved back to Avon Park for a few years. When I first got there I started smoking weed and drinking brew, because I couldn't do it on the 3 years of Supervised release, because they was checking my urine monthly. So basically I relapsed, for about 6 months. Then I really became more Spiritual in a 12 Step fellowship. On September 7th 1997 I got drunk, on September 8th, I smoked a joint to get over my hangover, and that was the last time I used street drugs or alcohol until this day.

FRANK PAUL JONES
On September 10th Michael Jackson held a big concert at the MSG in New York City. It was a major money maker and sell out. Janet paid for her Family to attend the show, but, she was a no show, in fact she insulted the people who attended to show, by calling them “freaks and geeks.” She didn't know what was about to happen and if it wasn't for excellent intelligence, New York City would have been reduced to rubles. On September 11th I was in Brooklyn on a block called Chapel Street, and we could see The World Trade Center One and Two clear as day. It was about 9:00 AM; I was in a program called SARP meaning Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program. I was clean for 4 years, but, I wanted to document my clean time to get housing that was subsidized in New York City.

I ran to the window, and when I got to the window the second plane hit the World Trade Center, I saw the second plane hit the World Trade. It looked like a small passenger plane from where I saw it, and the News was on and they were not sure what was going on.

I have to go to the World Trade and see what is going on.

MR. RICHARDSON
Everybody has to stay in the building until further notice, they shout down the City.

A little time passed by, and then they told us all to go directly home. When I got home a friend told me, the World Trade Center is gone.

FRANK PAUL JONES
The World Trade Center is gone, what are you talking about I know it is on fire.

FRIEND
The World Trade Center crumbled, it fell down man, and it is gone.

FRANK PAUL JONES
What happened?

FRIEND
I saw a third explosion after the second plane hit the Center and then the building just went down moments later.

FRANK PAUL JONES
I knew that my enemy would come at me hard, but, a Country with Nuclear Bombs were sold duds, and what happened was a nuclear attempt, that had everything to do with economics, and little to do with hatred type terrorism, but, that is what was sold to the American people, that terrorist attacked us out of hatred. But, it was a money move, it was about debts that couldn't be paid, it was about money.

Later I was reflecting on the things that happened in New York City.

What happened in New York City not many people really understood it. All people could say is how we could be attacked by terrorist. They seem to believe that this was the worst that could happen to the United States. As John Gotti put it, we had to do it his way because he knew how these people think.

What happened in New York City I say again was a nuclear attempt, and the bomb didn't go off because our Intelligence sold duds to a nuclear capable rogue state in the Middle East. You figure out who I AM talking about.

The nuclear bomb didn't go off, but, what happened was a nuclear candle burned for several months, and the Scientific Community learned that we can DE-radiate by using large sums of water at a site, so large sums of water was sprayed at the World Trade Center to cool down the nuclear candle and DE-radiate the site. So, even as we lost a lot of people, we could have lost a lot more if Intelligence wasn't on top of this.

Now you have to wonder why someone would do such a thing! It was about economics. It was about old money families going broke and new families having the bulk of the money. If you remember the S&L scandal which was a covert way to pay for Star Wars Technology which is a nuclear umbrella against ICBM's. This cost the tax payers a lot of money. Then we had the Technology boom, with computers, that put the consumers in debt at close to 7 trillion dollars, because everyone thought they had to have a computer, and companies like Microsoft came out on top of this.

Well people thought this boom would last forever, and old money got into the boom, at the point of the Burst of the bubble called the Technology boom turn bust. Then Technology stock went down drastically, and old money lost in the transaction. But this time the Government couldn't bail them out like they did in the S&L scandal, so they lost a lot of money, and what happened on 9/11/01 was the response of old money going broke.

To tell you the truth I believe it was a Drug Cartel under the supervision of a rogue Nation. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if even the Roman Catholic Church had their heads in this. Think about it you have Roman Catholic Jews in so called Israel, and you have Swiss born Swiss Guards protecting the Vatican, who are nothing but Germans in disguise. Man this shit is bigger than just a bunch of hungry Muslims. They may have been the hands, but, until they find the heads, this is going to be a Fucking Ride. I came to my sister's apartment to inform her that I called in the Secret Service. At this time I was sharing a lot of information with her, even as I knew she was against me. My main form of communications at this time was by fax machine. I communicated with important players by fax.

I knocked on the door and she answered it.

INT: JFK AIRPORT IN NEW YORK. – DAY – DOCUMENTED DATE

The Rene Elizondo Cartel was given a leak that was meant for them to hear. The word was out that we were in the 11th hour and was about to make our move against him.

Janet didn't know I was the father of her child, and she thought she had a problem with me because of this. During the Integration there were a few arrangements that had to be made to protect Janet from getting killed by the Elizondo Cartel, and to trap them.

#1) Janet had to really think her life was in danger, and had to escape with them, so when she was arguing with the Secret Service it wasn't an act on her behalf, she was serious.
#2) John Gotti wasn't going to let that plane take off with her on it. He said, I had to get all my enemies in one place at one time, and the time and place was that plane.

I AM getting on this plane!

Janet we have orders, you are under Secret Service Protection, if you want us off your case, all you have to do is sign some documents, and we will let you do as you please. Now we can't stop you from getting on this plane, but, please take our jobs into consideration.

This Cartel didn't know we knew who they were, they made it look like a normal flight, but, it was the hierarchy of the Elizondo Cartel. Janet didn't even have an idea as to what was going on. She just thought she was running off to an Island that would be a safe haven, but, they were planning on mistreating her to use her to get at me. Many of my enemies had plans on going to this Island once they secured her on it.

You promise if I go back to your office and sign some documents, I can leave on a flight as soon as possible?

The plane took off, they had no suspicions and Star Wars was zoomed in on the plane and a laser beam hit the plane and it crashed in a matter of minutes.

Ms. Jackson we are sad to inform you that flight 587 a just crashed and they do not believe there will be any survivors. Now aren't you glad you got off of that plane?

This was the decisive blow against the Rene Elizondo Cartel. Now we had to make a few minor adjustments to completely crush them. We had to prove that Rene Elizondo was a fraud, and that he stole his identity from a dead Mexican, and he was never legally married to Janet because she was my wife all along. This would completely cut off his money flow.

The phone starting ringing at a funny hour, I was half awake. The answer machine kicked in and I could hear Janet and Latoya saying it's us Janet and Latoya pick up the phone. I just jumped up and picked up the phone that was beside my bed.
