From Kingpin to RICO ACT Racketeers

From Kingpin to RICO ACT Racketeers

The Kingpin's goal is to corner a market, be it legal or illegal. In the case of the Made-Man Kingpin, as in when "Kingpins were Made," to objective was to save the economy of Florida or California. Both are established areas for a good marijuana crop and both were devastated by a real estate collapse.

However the racketeer is much more crafty, he will not try to monopolize a market and control it, but is more of an opportunist. He is a special type of opportunist because he creates his own opportunities. He has his hands on everything, enforcing balance. He does not depend on one product or distributor as in the case of Frank Lucas a known former Heroin Kingpin.

The Kingpin has an exit plan, he knows he must go down and the operation must come to an end. He conquers a present-day need and void while the racketeer runs a perpetual operation that is handed down thru the generations. Rackets are always ongoing and why?

The Kingpin dominates his market and usually tries to legitimize his assets, while the racketeer turns his dirty money over into more dirty money prior to legitimization.

Let me explain: When a Kingpin buys drugs for example, his objective is to go after a larger marker with a bigger supply to grab more of the demand or create it, but a racketeer will do something like this for example.

He will book numbers and build a kitty, then he will buy drugs with the money in is custody and turn that over to pay the winners. Then he will invest in stripe clubs, that generate money from the sex game legitimate but dirty. Thereby being in the prostitution game and escort services without the title Pimp.

He owns construction companies to build on properties, he organizes unions to control the local workforce and is a service at this by creating living wages for the working class. The bottom-line is that he has a diversified portfolio. The problem is to do this one must organize and if the business is crime, it is called, "Organized Crime."

The federal government crosses state lines with legal jurisdiction. And they have a weapon called the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act [RICO ACT], which they use at their discretion. Because the FBI, CIA, Homeland Security, DEA, Secret Service and other law enforcement groups know who most of the players are.

To be known and operate is to be connected. However the public sees a good man until the media exposes him for who he is.
