Rick Scott's Drug Test Bill on the Poor Unconstitutional

President Obama is pushing for the right of every American to be able to afford healthcare. Therefore every American should have the right to get sick. However, if Governor Rick Scott of Florida gets his way, he will not only deny the sick the right to be sick and receive healthcare, but will actually starve the sick and poor and make them homeless.

You can deny a sick person a job or fire them based on drug abuse, because when they got the job, they agreed to these regulations. In essence you made a contract stating you were in good health as far as drug use is concerned.

Gov. Rick Scott not only will test Welfare recipients for drugs, but state employees as well. So if a person gets caught with a dirty urine they will lose their job, not get unemployment and not be eligible for food stamps and that is absolutely too much power over state employees. The welfare bill has to be challenged all the way to the supreme court. This is absolutely too much power, for a Governor to have over his state.
