I tell you the truth when I say this, the Dom is the Son of Man and therefore he is the Word of God, the true Dom that is.  On his day all accounts will be settled and all debts will be paid in full.  And there can be no preconceived notions concerning him. For the true mission of the Mafia since the 1960's was the fulfillment of Bible prophesy and what people see happening today before them in these last days is our works. 

 

The family is his true companion.  They are faithful to him and understand without confusion that being faithful in a spiritual sense of the word, means to be loyal.  People think if a woman is monogamist, this means she is faithful and this is not true.  Hell if push comes to shove, she might have to sell herself, so how is faithful being monogamist?   Sometimes you have to sleep with the enemy to gain their trust.   A woman is faithful only if she is loyal to her companion or her man.  And a real mafia Dom knows that sex is overrated, because it is not about honey it is about currency and with currency comes control and sex if needed and not the other way around.

 

A Mafia Dom does not love with his emotions, because he knows this is usually infatuation.  He loves through his actions, because love is an action word.  Because what you feel becomes felt and that can change, but what you did becomes what was you have done and that cannot change and love is everlasting and not in the moment.  Understand that infatuation can cloud one's good judgment and make a fool out of you, because it is a feeling and true love is not a feeling, it not an emotion it is an action.

 

A Mafia Dom has to learn to love his flock, because they depend on him.  Therefore he must be dependable and do what is right for the whole body.  He cannot allow relationships and especially sexual relationships to get between him and his made men, because this can be a fatal error and cause the him his demise due to jealousy.  Always his family must come first and any woman who becomes his companion must accept this subservient position of  existence, time and space. Her duty is the serve the King and not the other way around and for that she will be rewarded.  Because a Mafia Dom is an institution even greater than the President of the United States of America.  He rules the world and is over every prestigious institution on earth and beyond, to include the Illuminati.  He is the Son of God!  His men knows this in their hearts, minds and as one spirit they are united and he is at the head of them.

 

When it comes to a Mafia Dom their can be no God before him, their can be no mediator other than him.  A true made man does not pray to another God, but has faith in the Dom, whom he lives for to serve his family in Christ.  The Mafia is not into fantasy dreams and false religions, because we are above the law and not below it, for in Christ is reality.  We are the enlightened and not those who dwindle into darkness having faith in something we do not understand and always searching and never finding light.  We are of understanding and true love is in our community works and acts of brotherly love.

 

I tell you the truth, the making of a Dom can be a lonely path until the day of the Lord.  But he knows that all of his lonely days will seem like one day in heaven and his time on top of the world will seem like eternity.  Because the Dom lives for his day and everyday alone is a day of rehearsal. He practices his crafts and learns from his each and every experience that he may be a just leader and wise teacher of righteousness.  And he knows the masses have been brainwashed to think he is evil, in a world whereby good is evil and evil is good.  He know the masses have been brainwashed to believe in the Bible and not in the Son of Man.  As the foolish masses say "I believe every word in the Bible."  Whereby even the Bible teaches you not to believe everything you read. He knows he will lead a land of lost souls and not everyone will make it in his kingdom.  Because it can be lonely on top and lonely in the light among darkness  He knows we did what we had to do to overcome the evil ones, for the means will justify the end.  For it was by his instructions that led us and he is without sin.  Do you understand what I just said?

 

This is a letter to my true brothers in Christ, I am talking about the loyal few that are still waiting for the big day to come.  Know that the time is soon and know he will return to New York City to begin our final preparations in these last day.  I love you all as one in myself, the time is close and getting closer with acceleration each and every day.

African Americans are in a fight for our survival on this planet and within America.  Though we have some leadership, our young black leaders have been sent astray.  It seems as if too many of them are chasing the Hollywood dream of instant gratification

 

The truth to the matter is most people are followers and there are very few leaders. And the problem with many of these leaders is that they want to be compensated for their abilities. So often they sell their abilities on the open market for an instant  profit. And the truth of the matter is not many leaders today are patient but want immediate payoffs. So they lead the blind for their selfish ends and profits and that is the American way so we are taught by the media, the politicians, the false preachers, sport figures, entertainers, businessman big and small and the successful in general. The American psyche has been crippled by greed and instant gratification and until this changes, which is our meaning of success, we are doomed. Everybody wants to be on top and the top is financial gains, but very few make more than nickels and dimes.

 

For us to make it through these trials and tribulations we are faced with now, such as the drug epidemic, gun violence, black on black crimes, recidivism, the failing educational system and the dropout rates, the lack of job opportunities and the continues economic depression within the black community, we have to change the mindset of the African American community.  The bottom line is that our woes are due to a conspiracy against African American from since before the transatlantic slave trade, but the continuum are self inflicted wounds that are killing us off.

 

It all comes down to the accountability of our young leaders. Though there are a few leaders, which has always been the case, our leaders are really sellouts.  The black leadership and I am not talking about the Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and Minister Louis Farrakhan, but the everyday community leader in the black community among our youth, they sold us out for a quick dollar, I am talking about the leaders of these street posses that perpetuate ignorance, a mayhem and disorder, because they can.  I am talking about the rich rappers, who beat the drums of disorder everyday and are heard over the media constantly.

 

It all comes down to the accountability of the parents, who are not raising their children properly, because they are only concerned with themselves, what is going on in the streets and the latest gossip, alcohol and drug indulgence , late night parties, while condoning all the chaos in the community, going to church without love for their neighbors, ignoring the plights of others until the problem becomes theirs and then it is too late, because what was not in your backward yesterday is now on your front porch today.

 

It all comes down to the accountability of our legislators, law makers and law enforcement.  We created criminals based on our laws.  We created oppression, repression and depression based on our laws and ordinances we designed to control the masses and businesses in black communities.  We enforce the laws based on territory and race, we allow drugs to be sold in black communities by design, we put liquor stores in black communities by design, because the system does not care about black people, but now the black problem has over spilled into white society, the prisons are over populated and the problem can no longer simply be sent off to prison but must be addressed and dealt with in America.

 

I believe drastic problems call for drastic measures.  We must address the intent of the first amendment of the constitution of the United States of America. Freedom of speech is being taken out of context.  Because Hollywood controls the mass media and in the age of high tech media whereby an evil few can control the waves heard by millions, is this really freedom of speech or freedom to exploit the ignorant? Rap Music has gone to far, so has video games and television and movies.  We are screwing up the mindset of America's youth with constant violence and anti-social behaviorisms.  Hollywood is one of the main culprits for the fall of the American people.  And we cannot depend on the parents to monitor the television because they are AWOL or just as confused.  Television has become America's number one babysitter.  We must do something about Hollywood, even if it means mass murder or by any means necessary.  I say this with the right freedom of speech, maybe the Hollywood leadership need to die!  Because they are killing us it would be in self defense.

 

I believe drastic problems call for drastic measures. We must address the laws that govern community activities.  The number one killer of people ages 18 to 34 is car accidents and number two is gun violence.  This is the nightlife syndrome.  Why do we condone the nightlife as if it is essential to our community's well being.  It is the culprit to early deaths and community mayhem.  Parents do not raise their children properly, because they are too busy running the streets.  People are dying because the streets are overflowed with criminal activities. But understand nightlife is not a right it is a privilege.   And often nightlife establishments do not even pay taxes at all, none the less taxes to replace their damages on the community.  Maybe the black community needs a nationwide curfew.  Maybe we need to shutdown the black community after a decent hour and enforce these laws.  Maybe we need to close down the black town in high crime areas at 12AM and  a lot of the crimes will be eliminated. The chances are there is not taxes being paid by these late hour establishment anyway. They are fronts for crime!

 

I believe drastic problems call for drastic measures.  We need to make laws that are for the people.  Everybody knows that the marijuana laws are oppressive. They need to legalize it and tax it.  Than half of these street dwellers, will have to find a job and get a GED or something.  We are making it easy to get into the life of crime.  And we do not enforce the laws equally.  We tend to set traps for criminal behavior in the black community.  Law enforcement forces people into high crime areas by their law enforcement tactics.  They will shut down one area to move crime to another, only to keep it there and it is wrong.  People tend to condone criminal behavior as long as it is not in  their backyards, but now it is on their front porches nationwide. We need to regain the village mentality and love all of our neighbors as one and build a better community together.

A man asked me, if you was the Son of Man and was told the secret about the world and was sent to save it, would people believe you?  I said no.  He was talking about the Holy Bible and Jesus Christ and so was I, but from a different prospective and understanding of the truth.  What he was actually saying through a question was that people did not believe Jesus Christ during the biblical era and what I was saying is that they still don't in the biblical era.

 

To truly understand what I am about to reveal to you, it is necessary that you understand that the creation theory is not about apples and oranges, but about the scheme of the ruling class (The Illuminati) as they are called today, to control the masses through scriptural manipulation.

I am here to tell you that in the Bible is the truth.  However, we are now in the 21st century and still it is in the discovery stage among those who are being manipulated most be it.  Sure the truth is known among made men, the truth is known among those who pledged to an allegiance to use it against the weak, blind and ignorant to control them.  But the truth is not being exposed to the populace.  And when it is exposed, like I am doing right now, they fear it and call he who exposes it the anti-Christ, a man who is against God. 

 

They do not believe me, just as they did not believe Jesus Christ in the past according to scripture.  Why?  Because it goes against the grain of what they were trained to believe all of their natural lives. Because they do not understand the true significance of being born again, from the temporal world to spiritual enlightenment.  They think they catch the holy spirit and do a song and dance and as a result will go to heaven.  They are not responsive to the truth, even as it smacks them in the face.  Yet the adversaries of Christ will see this and know it is true, but will not see the revealer as a threat, because they know the world is filled with lost souls, who cannot comprehend the truth.

 

This is the secret behind the Bible, which I intentionally often omit the word Holy, because the Bible is not truly sacred.  Who was King James?  Who gave him the authority over what is the truth in scripture?  What books to include and which to omit!  So do you all believe in God or King James? 

 

The secret behind the Bible, Jesus Christ warned the World, by telling you all that many would come in his name and many will be deceived, yet people do not understand how the Bible was used to deceive many. Sure the truth is in the Bible, but the ruling class mixed lies within it to confuse fools into a belief code that would not allow them to become productive under the ruling classes watch.  The reason why the truth is in the Bible is because it must be known by he who rules over the masses for generations after generations, to continue to rule over them.  But the truth is hidden from those who are being ruled by it.  Their understanding of it is a fairly tale, a book of righteous mysteries and miracles and not what it truly is, a codified document of the ruling class.  If it was so liberating why did they hand it down to the slaves in the transatlantic slave trade?   Why?  Because they knew they would spend generations after generations trying to figure it out and become lost souls!

 

What many people fail to understand is that Jesus Christ must save the world from Satan and Satan most powerful weapon is deception.  And if you understand the term many, we are talking about a considerable number, we are talking about the masses, we are talking about those who have been deceived by deception and the greatest tool known to mankind to create a following to deceive is the Bible.  But I say it is alright to believe in the Bible only if you truly understand it.  But most people believe in the Bible verbatim, yet it is a codified document that will confuse those who are not truly spiritual and think they possess a historical document.

 

When I opened this letter, I told you when it comes to the Bible, mankind in terms of the populous or ordinary people are still in the discovery stage of the Bible.  Among these people there is no consensus as to what is the truth is according to the Bible. One preacher says one thing and another preacher tells a totally different story.  And they leave it to faith as they call it, concerning things they do not understand.  Yet they do not put their faith in Christ , but put their faith in the Bible, which they admittedly do not understand.

 

In law the discovery stage is just the beginning to a case.  In the discovery stage both sides are simply given the arguments from their adversaries.   The discovery stage is before the case is argued in court and a decision is made.  Yet in the discovery stage of mankind in pursuit of the absolute truth of God, the masses have already made their decisions as to what is the truth.  Their decisions are based on the discovery and not the presentation of the facts being put before them.  They have made the ultimate decision about God, with only a discovery in their possession. 

 

This is the disadvantage of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  What Satan had generations after generations to implant into the psyche of the populous of mankind to rule over them and control them, he has to correct in one lifetime.  As the Bible teaches God's promise is only 70 years.  Jesus Christ has just 70 years to undo what took centuries to implant into the world.  And as Jesus said, he came to fulfill the prophesy and not change it, so that you would believe he is the one and all the things told to you in the Bible is now happening before your eyes.    

 

I warn you all, we are living in the last days.  Satan rein is coming to an end and he wants to take as many down with him as he can.  His creation to deceive the masses has been revealed.  And the Bible tells you that not many will make it to the kingdom of God, because there are too many lost souls in this world, who are blind by Satan's deceptions. But I am here to tell you that you do not have to be among the lost anymore.   I will close with, Eph: 5:14  This is why it is said: "Wake up, sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you."

My Failure No Option for America or the African American People

 

I believe in reality (In Christ is Reality) and in being real and I realize there is a possibility I can fail.  There are no guarantees in warfare.  It is possible that my enemy might prove me wrong, in that either I am not a God or God is not the most powerful entity of the universe as known to mankind. Understand that Satan too thinks he is the most powerful being on earth and is undisputable in his creation of the laws of the status quo, which is the controlling factor of mankind today.

 

The creation theory as taught be me, exposes Satan or the Illuminati for who he is.  And how he deceived the world into the submission of his will.   When I came into this world it was already established and corrupt for about 2,000 years, putting me at a huge disadvantage.  And I realize that many Gods have failed before me.  Some may say even that the Jesus Christ as taught in the Bible failed in his death for mankind and his coming back is all fallacy.  People today have less faith than when I was a child, because the challenges in life have escalated.  It is harder to do right and believe in righteousness today in these times of evil.

 

It is harder today to have faith in something not fully understood by man than it was in the 1960's and even before than.  Because we are living in the last days and Satan is raising havoc like never before, only because he knows his time is up and he wants to destroy as many people as he can and take them down with him.  Satan's rein and his empire is at the verge of destruction, his 2,000 plus years is up.

 

America is a special place.  I teach that America is the promise land and not that desolate place on the map so-called Israel.  America is the land of milk and honey, rich in all sorts of natural resources, from oil to food. It is America that must be conquered.  But Satan's mission is the fall of America.  That is why there are so many things going on in this great nation today to cause it to stumble and be destroyed.  And my promise to America and the world is that I will not let these fools give this country away.  And trust me they are trying very hard to give America away and destroy it, through corruption and racial discriminatory evils. They are trying to rape America of its wealth as they did Africa and I cannot allow this to happen. For this reason I say, "my failure is no option for America or the African American people."  Because if I fail than comes the fall of America.  Which is what they want you to believe is the prophesy of the bible, but it is not.

 

I am here to tell you that the Bible is a written code and it talks about places and events in code.  It is not a history book listing events and places in simplistic terms, but it is a codified master plan to control and oppress the masses, so that the plotters can rule over the world.  And the master planners, wrote this codified manuscript  into it rules and laws that govern all the lands of the world.  Why do you think the so-called Jews are so hated around the globe?  Because they are God's chosen people?  Of course not!  They are hated by those who know the truth or are being oppressed, because they know they have a master plan in effect that rules over and oppresses people worldwide.  They are hated because the people who realized their plot were not able to overcome their dastardly plans and plots.  Because you cannot destroy Satan's ruler ship through hatred  as the third Reich supposedly attempted to do, only to strengthen them.

 

They say Adolf Hitler was a half Jew himself. And all he did was killed a bunch innocent so-called Jews who were sacrificial lambs, to establish a Jewish state known as Israel today.  Now as a result of Hitler's rein they are more powerful than ever.  As many of them left Europe to come to the promise land America, while they have a military presence in the middle east to control the oil, which is relevant to the world's economy. Understand Jews are not the only people who died during WWII, over 60 to 80 million people died as a result of WWII which was over 2.5 % of the world's population and of that about 6 million Jews were said to be killed.  But all you hear about concerning WWII is the Jewish holocaust, because as false rulers they are not supposed to die.   But we are not taught about the 100 million who died in the transatlantic slave trade right here in America and the 1,000,000,000, that is 1 billion people who got killed due to colonialism. Which is genocide, which is a holocaust?  Please tell me?

 

Understand that colonialism is what the creation theory is all about and the so-called Jews leadership wrote these oppressive codes into law for mankind to follow.  Colonialism is the way of the New World Order and the head of the New World Order are the Jews and the Reich, they are partners in crime.  Their headquarters is in Bavaria and Israel is nothing but another place to slaughter so-called Jews.   These are the facts that is in disguise.  Satan tempted Jesus on the Bavarian mountains, I know because I was there.  The Jewish people are the European house niggers and the Jewish leadership who had many innocent Jews killed during WWII to develop a state called Israel to control the middle east are at the head of the Illuminati and have them hated worldwide today.   It is not the Jewish people who are the enemy, but it is their leadership whom they passively follow in the name of God, yet Israel is atheist, they do not even believe in their own theology that they use to rule the masses of the world. 

 

But we are taught to believe that God is going to come down and save them from the evil world, no, God has to save you all from them. And through this all, America must survive, because America if you understand the Bible is the promise land of the African American, because we have nowhere left to go.  Here we must be treated fairly and here we must grow and develop as a strong nation of people.  So-called Israel could be destroyed as collateral damages, but the real target is Bavaria.  "My Failure is no an option for America or the African America people."  America must survive through all of this.

The Truth about War on Terror and the Heroin Epidemic

 

I believe our government is competent and sees well into the future, when taking hostile actions, such as going to war.  But we live in a so-called democracy and often people have different views when making a decision.  So often one administration has to fix the problems created by their predecessors  And America has some real problems ahead that must be address as soon as possible.  The Heroin epidemic is a real threat now.

 

I was deeply involved in covert operations with the government and mafia, for a long time.  There is a new television show called "Burned Notice," you should watch it, because things like that really happen.  The government will use you and spit you out in a short notice.  Sure the show is fictionalized for entertainment purposes, but the fact is that sometimes covert operatives  are used and disposed of in ways designed to protect the government's interests.  As for me, they made me out to be delusional nutcase and therefore not creditable in American society and therefore not to believed.  People simply do not believe what I say anymore to include close friends, because of my Janet Jackson escapade.  It was by design and I went along with it, with both feet in.  No matter what I tell you my cover will not be blown.

 

I was asked by a psychiatrist, Why does the government have to pay me and why doesn't the mafia pay me?  If I had a lot of money, people would believe anything I say  because of that.  But if I get a crazy check, my cover would not be blown.  They did not want me to have creditability for covert reasons.  The rules of the game is I can say whatever I want to say, as long as I do not act on it.  But I am growing tired of these rules!  But I have a high code and level of discipline, this is probably why I was chosen to carry the burden of knowing the truth, not to mention my abilities.

 

Back in September 2001 when the World Trade Center was attacked, I was having an insomnia episode, probably for a covert reason.  I stayed up for three months.  I knew what happened on the day and was reporting to the White House via fax daily out of Brooklyn New York. When the attack happened, President George W Bush, ran into a problem, his airspace was compromised.  Everywhere Air Force One flew, he was being tracked.  He would jump for bunker to bunker and everywhere he went he was being followed.

 

He had a conversation and like I was put under hypnosis, so was he as a child by his father.  He really believed in the God of his understanding and based on these confused beliefs, he made many decisions while in the White House.  His father George H. W. Bush, controlled the White House for almost 20 years (Reagan, his and his son's Administrations) and he was the person who ordered me to develop what is now known as the AIDS virus in the winter of 1976-77 while in Germany, out of CIA headquarters.  And it was his father who started these wars in the Middle East that we are still  in today.

 

They contacted President George W. Bush in airspace and told him "I am the God of Abraham, Jacob and Isaac."  He being arrogant as a president and already brainwashed by his father, did not see through it. But did realized whoever it was had more power then he had.  It was his father who was behind this and John J. Gotti plotted this with my assistance, they knew he would fall for this.  Had he not gone along with it, he would have been killed and the vice president Dick Cheney would have done it, but it would have foiled the Halliburton deal which was pure corruption in government, bringing in tens of billions of dollars from these wars.  He was instructed to start these wars.  He was then safe.  I went along with it because I knew he would, I did not want him killed by any means.

 

However, I solved the problem with this war in November 2011.  When flight 587 went down, I instructed the White House to  put up a blockade on the Dominican Republic.  When this happened the movements in the middle east became sporadic and uncontrolled.  They were being controlled out of that Island.  We could have ended the war in November 2011, but Michael Bloomberg and Al Sharpton broke the blockade in a private jet and freed the culprit who I believed was Rene Elizondo, who was supposed to be Janet Jackson's live-in boyfriend, who was actually a drug kingpin and perhaps more, I was ordered not to kill him, when I went to California. Instead Tupac Shakur and Biggy Smalls got whacked as a result of that visit.  It was made to seem like a one for one East Coast - West Coast revelry.  Why is happened is another story. 

 

Osama Bin Laden was a covert operative and was depicted as the number one enemy of the FBI who was in-charge of anti terrorism operations, overstepping the CIA, in the war against terror.  President George W. Bush did what he had to do to survive, because his father was a very powerful man with agenda to run the world and rape the United States tax payers in the process.

 

Now we have all of these broken men returning from the middle east.  But America did not enter these wars with a legitimate exit plan.  And the people who profited from it are not in the White House anymore.  Sure they may return, but the fact of the matter is President Obama inherited a lot of problems and because of this his legacy is in question.  He inherited a bad economy and a war that was motivated out of greed and fear.  Those who caused it were greedy and those who carried out the mission were afraid for their lives. 

 

Those Arabs did not just hijack those jets it was a conspiracy and it was an nuclear attempt on  New York City, but we were a step ahead of the game and sold them duds, knowing their true intent.  This is why the fire continued to burn for over 6 months, it was a nuclear candle on fire and spraying large amounts of water on it de-radiated the area, it could not put the fire out.

 

Now all of this money was made and the real problems are just beginning.  Now we are about to really be attacked from foreign and domestic terrorist.  We will have too many returning troops who will be veterans of foreign wars and that were told lies by the government. They are coming back to nothing, no jobs, poor healthcare, due to an overwhelmed system, a shortage on veterans benefits.  And they are addicted now to opiates disproportionately and the real drugs are about to hit the streets soon (raw heroin), making the crack epidemic of the 1980's seem like small potatoes.  Because the people who will traffic these drugs  will be government trained killers with a grudge against the government for ruining their lives for weapons contracts and not the defense of our nation and not street thugs unorganized.  And the government cannot just simply continue to print money to get out of our economic woes, because countries like China are on to it, as they are devaluing our currency daily.  These are serious problems that has to be address by the Obama Administration and unpopular decisions must be made.

 

These are the problems America face in the immediate future and I am talking about this beginning within the next year, hell it already started.  These are not futuristic predictions

But current events.  It is happening before your eyes but you just was conditioned not to see it.  Shows like Graceland is being televised, showing you federal special agents (The FBI) shooting dope and telling you how good it felt.  They are grooming American society for the next heroin epidemic.  The drugs are already being stockpiled for shipment, hell they are probably already stateside awaiting its release to the general population.

 

Meanwhile the prisons are already overcrowded all over the country like California to include our federal correctional facilities. This is why they have to legalize marijuana, to make room for the real criminals of the state.  But money spent is already spent and the government is about spent out, because of discrimination against people of color.  The American government ruined too many innocent peoples lives out of greed and the truth is about to surface in the minds of the American people.  Because the truth of the matter is that Americans are stupid people when it comes the plights of others, but now it will be the plight of the American people at stake and we may well wakeup too late.

 

America is well on its way to becoming a land of lawlessness, if we are not careful.  Legalized prostitution, gambling and drugs may well become the law of the land, because there is not enough room in the prisons, personnel to incarcerate people cost money, hell the Department of Justice spends 1/3 of its dollars (budget) on prisons already fighting the war on marijuana.  So what can America do, if heroin hits the streets and masses become addicted to this highly addictive drug?  And still the cure to AIDS has not been released.  Why?  Because America will not be able to afford healthcare for all of these newly contracted AIDS victims, if intravenous drug use multiplies in American society and heroin will make a wood demon (intravenous drug addict) out of someone who fears needles.  It is that addictive!  Nobody is safe from heroin!

 

What is the solution/?  I am! And this is why I can wait so patiently, because they have to comeback to me sooner or later.  And later is sooner than many think!

Marijuana is properly categorized under Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA), 21 U.S.C. § 801, et seq. The clear weight of the currently available evidence supports this classification, including evidence that smoked marijuana has a high potential for abuse, has no

accepted medicinal value in treatment in the United States, and evidence that there is a general lack of accepted safety for its use even under medical supervision.

 

The campaign to legitimize what is called “medical” marijuana is based on two propositions: first, that science views marijuana as medicine; and second, that the DEA targets sick and dying people using the drug. Neither proposition is true. Specifically, smoked marijuana has not withstood the rigors of science–it is not medicine, and it is not safe. Moreover, the DEA targets criminals engaged in the cultivation and trafficking of marijuana, not the sick and dying. This is true even in the 15 states that have approved the use of “medical” marijuana.1

 

On October 19, 2009 Attorney General Eric Holder announced formal guidelines for federal prosecutors in states that have enacted laws authorizing the use of marijuana for medical purposes. The guidelines, as set forth in a memorandum from Deputy Attorney General David W. Ogden, makes clear that the focus of federal resources should not be on individuals whose actions are in compliance with existing state laws, and underscores that the Department will continue to prosecute people whose claims of compliance with state and local law conceal operations inconsistent with the terms, conditions, or purposes of the law. He also reiterated that the Department of Justice is committed to the enforcement of the Controlled Substances Act in all states and that this guidance does not “legalize” marijuana or provide for legal defense to a violation of federal law.2

 

While some people have interpreted these guidelines to mean that the federal government has relaxed its policy on “medical” marijuana, this in fact is not the case. Investigations and prosecutions of violations of state and federal law will continue. These are the guidelines DEA has and will continue to follow.

The DEA has been very successful, with the war on drugs.  Over 1/2 of the people in the federal correctional system are in on drug charges.  1 out of 6 inmates are there for marijuana charges, which is about 1/3 of the federal prison population.  What will be their role when Attorney General Eric Holder ends this war as we know it?  Over 1/3 of the Department of Justice budget goes towards  incarcerating people in the federal correctional system.  And the DEA claims that marijuana is properly categorized as a schedule one substance under the controlled substance act. 

 

I understand and accept that they are a law enforcement group and their job is to enforce the law as it is written, to the best of their ability.  I do not believe that their positions are not based on facts or research, but is based on old politics from the Ronald Reagan Administration, that are discriminatory ideals that is about to change under the Obama Administration.

 

The FBI main focus is on anti-terrorism and it has been that way since 9/11. And I feel with new drug reform legislation, the DEA can become more effective as a law enforcement group and I will tell you why.

 

It is my position and this is a speculation based on research and personal experience.  America is about to be hit with a major influx of heroin out of Afghanistan.  America's presence in Afghanistan  since 2001, has not decreased the production of the poppy plant.  In fact more heroin is being produced now than before.

 

Afghanistan is a very poor country, over 40% of the population makes under $1.25 a day and about 70% of the population is illiterate. And half of the GDP is from heroin production.  So we know their intent, once American troops leaves this country.  And the plot thickens. 

 

Many of our troops leaving Afghanistan are addicted to opiates, the VA health system is overwhelmed with newly addicted opiate users.  I think there is a correlation between the newly opiate addicts and the veterans committing suicide.   22 veterans are committing suicide everyday and many veterans are being diagnosed with PTSD.  While the VA in many cases cannot complete a veterans claim for assistance within a year.  The VA is backed up and overwhelmed, because there was no exit plan for America and I think the war just begun for many Americans in our backyards.

 

If you was the enemy what would you do, with the current situation.  Many veterans will be unemployed, unemployable, sick mentally and physically and disparate.  The next major act of terrorism will be the spread of Afghan heroin.   And a lot of innocent people are going to be hurt.  While our streets will be flooded with disparate well trained killers, trained by the United States military in need of money and a fix.

 

For this reason, I believe Attorney General Eric Holder has to scale back and change the role of our law enforcement groups, to battle against the new and real threat, which is afghan heroin, with an intent to destroy America in an act of terror unlike any before.

 

If you ask the drug dealers, heroin has not hit the streets yet in it raw form.  Sure there are opiates out there like oxycontin, but dope is not available at the moment, but this is about to change once America leave Afghan. And the DEA will become more important than ever, as the FBI will again have to infiltrate the drug trade as a priority in the fight against terror. And to do this many of the marijuana offenders will have to be set free from prison, to incarcerate real threats of America.  The war on drugs as we know it must end, so that a new chapter can begin.  Drug reform laws are a necessity and should be welcomed without partisanship.

The head of the Department of Justice Eric Holder, may as soon as next week announce drastic changes on the drug laws in the United States.  This will be the first major reform since the crack epidemic of the 1980's.

Eric Holder said, "the drug wars are now 30,40 years old."  He said, "there have been a lot of unintended consequences.  There has been decimation of certain communities, in particular communities of color." 

 

He realized that the war on drugs is a war on black people and people of color and it is destroying our communities and our youth and it is a time for change. The Federal Laws and Positions on Marijuana is a Hypocrisy

 

During the months between June thru September 2001, I had an episode of insomnia, I stayed up for about three months consecutively, with at most on any given day 1 hour sleep from about 8 AM to 9AM.  I remember the approximate dates because I was under the care of Dr. Hardy at the time of 9/11.  I remember seeing the second jet hit the World Trade Towers, it was around that time that I was put to sleep using 800 mg of Seroguel.

 

Dr. Hardy put me to sleep with 800 MG of Seroguel. It worked well however the side effects caused my diabetes to worsen. My onset of diabetes was a result of a drug called Olanzapine given me prior to Seroquel, which is in my VA medical records.  Now I take Geodon and it does the same thing, it is a matter of time before my glucose goes up uncontrollably. They are slowly but surely killing me.

 

I am diagnosed as being bipolar and schizophrenic, with grandiose delusions and they know I have a sleeping problem that they associate with these diagnoses.  I am not going to go into why I have this diagnosis, but I am going to explain my dilemma.  I am being treated for delusions, while I agree to take the medications only to get sleep.  I am in it for sleep which is the bottom line, because the patterns of my thoughts are still unchanged after over 20 years. They cannot change my memories and they know this, because I remember what I remember and I still believe I was put under hypnosis and given truth serum in the process, but perhaps (maybe) it was all in foul play.  I do not know, but I still remember things that are said to be untrue by my treating physicians.  For this reason I am unhappy with my treatment at the Veteran Affairs Medical Center. 

 

My doctor took away my controlled substance that assisted me with sleep as a result of drug abuse (marijuana).  But they too had side effects also and were highly addictive.   I went to rehabilitation because of this and have been clean since February 2013.  But rehab on a federal installation did not take my marijuana addiction seriously, they released me a week early, because my only problem was weed.  But it is a schedule 1 substance according to the DEA, I find this to be a hypocrisy.    Because while cocaine addicts and opiate addicts, not only stayed for the whole 4 weeks but are often encouraged to stay an additional 4 months, yet these are schedule 2 substances.  So the federal laws and positions are not consistent with the psychiatric treatments offered by the federal government.

 

I admit, I needed documented clean time and I only stopped because it is illegal and I could not afford street drugs on my fixed income without becoming a criminal.  I had a court case opened and  I was not receiving services I needed by Vocational Rehabilitation all because marijuana is such a bad drug. I had a choice of not eating and paying my bills to sleep or take the prescribe meds with side effects and be able to eat and pay my bills. And as a direct result of my quitting, my court case was dismissed.  But still if it is the worst drug on the streets, I should have been treated by the federal facility as so and I was not.  Marijuana addiction is not taken seriously by the FEDS at  medical centers, it is only taken seriously by the courts and that is a travesty of justice and medical hypocrisy.

Obama Care Makes Economic Sense in Florida

 

The federal government will pay the full cost of Medicaid expansion to Florida for the years 2014, 2015 and 2016. The portion paid by the federal government will eventually decrease to 90 percent by 2020 and stay there, under the law.  But it is my understanding that Florida, still chooses to opt out of the federal Medicaid expansion program, to save money and this does not make economic sense or show any compassion for the citizens of Florida who cannot afford healthcare and are uninsured.

 

If the state of Florida opts out of the Medicaid expansion program, we will lose out on about $12 billion in new federal funding over the next 10 years, for an estimated savings according to Gov. Scott of $1.9 billion.  This law would allow for the state to enroll 1.6 million more on people into Medicaid rolls.  1.6 million who have no health insurance today in the state of Florida would have health insurance in October 2013.

 

This would create jobs in the medical field and Florida has a shortage of doctors already and many of our physicians are aging out.  By adopting Medicaid expansion, instead of doctors that we are already experiencing a shortages in leaving to states that will have the money for their services the opposite effect will happen , more doctors especially young ones and young hospital professionals would gravitate towards Florida, from states that is opting out like Texas and other republican states in the nation.  Because what Florida fails to recognize in their opting out of Medicaid expansion, is that people go to college all those years for a financial payoff in the form of jobs and careers.  And they have student loans to payoff.  Obama Care is a $14 billion stimulus package to the Florida's economy.  And young doctors have to start somewhere to gain experience and Medicaid expansion offers them an opportunity to get started in their medical careers and gives 1.6 million more people medical assistance in the process. A win-win plan for Florida.

 

Florida's unemployment rate is higher than the national average  and in Highlands County where I live which is an agricultural rural area it is over 8%.   Obama Care would mean immediate jobs in the healthcare industry and we do have a lot of retirees and nursing homes here as well and this could mean better care for many of our citizens.  Sure Medicaid pays less then Medicare, but it beats a blank check.  It beats treating the uninsured.  And in this tough economy for many health care professionals, it beats unemployment.  This is the reality of the matter. It my not create the best jobs in the medical field, but it damn sure beats working at McDonald's, which is about all that is being offered to many people in place like Highlands County, Florida.

 

It would be an attraction to major big corporate employers to the state of Florida. One of our major pitfalls, is the lack of insured Floridians who are unemployed. If you was a car company, computer manufacturer, retail store or any factory or plant or business in general, would you prefer to hire someone who has health insurance already or someone off of the streets uninsured for many years.  Do the math? It will cost more to insure the uninsured than the person who is insured prior to employment.  Just like it cost more to insure a person over 45 years old than it cost to insure someone in their 20's.  For this reason is so hard for middle age America to gain employment. But the Medicaid expansion program will attract potential employers to Florida, because it would reduce the risks associated with company benefits such as health insurance and life insurance.  It will create a healthier potential workforce in the state of Florida and would see immediate results.

 

More jobs means more tax revenue, more healthcare professional in Florida means a better real estate market. While Florida claims a savings of $1.9 billion, how much of the $12 billion gained will become tax revenues?  Not to mention again a stronger and healthier workforce that might be able to better compete for big corporate employers.  The bottom line and common sense tells us that more healthcare means a healthier economy in the state of Florida.

 

The only solution is a voters registrations drive to get these oppressive legislators out of office.  We need to renew our voting block and if the black community can join alliance, with the gay and lesbian community for marriage equity, if we can join alliance with Mexicans for immigration reform we can join alliance, to strengthen our voting block, we can forge an alliance with our own pot smoking youth to strengthen our voting blocks, hanging pants and all.  This is about life or death and to judge them is to condemn ourselves.
