Frank Paul Jones aka Gambino Incompetent & under surveillance
Frank Paul Jones of Avon Park, Fl was charged with a DUI and a traffic infraction. The ticket was tossed out of court, because of sloppy police work. A Police office has 5 days to turn in a traffic infraction to the court of courts for filing. If he fails to do so, you are not required to play the ticket. So it is good etiquette to go pay your ticket in 6 days, because if it is not filed it is null in void. I waiting 30 days.
Then there is the DUI charge, I was found incompetent to stand trial, under the guidelines of Florida Statute 916 .
I have been found legally incompetent, not to misconstrued this with Civil Incompetence on Monday 20 June 2011. I can handle my own financial affairs and run my organization, I just cannot be tried in the Court of the State of Florida.
As I said months ago, I believe I was under investigation due to Michael J. Jackson's death on multilevel and agencies. Hopefully this court order will end this investigation.
As an incompetent person due to the fact that I was charged with a misdemeanor., I do not qualify for involuntary commitment, so I will not be admitted into a hospital at this time.
Being incompetent has it good side, like if my case is not solved in 5 years due to my disorder not being corrected, the charged must be dropped under the statue of limitations. They do not think I can be restored to competence in any time soon and it may be permanent.
Now I am required to go to a review every 6 months, to update my statuses.
