The United States Congress and Governor Rick Scott of Florida

The Marijuana Report on Federal Bill - HR 2306 & a Florida Redevelopment Act

If HR: 2306 is passed by the 112th Congress, what will it mean to the state of Florida and the East Coast? What the FEDS put on the table is a budget cutting action. The Federal Government is about to get smaller and the decision to downsize will be written in stone once the Debt Ceiling is raised. Many services must be reduced as well as law enforcement groups.

It is my position that for there to be relevant changes in how we accomplish the economic recovery and maintain smaller government, there has to be legislative changes all the way down to the ordinances in our Cities throughout the nation and HR 2306 is an example of how to create more revenue and both execute smaller government thru legislative change.

It is my hope that not only does this bill be passed but also be modified because it does not address an important issue if marijuana is ultimately legalized by the State of Florida and other states on the East Coast and for that matter other nations in the world.

The issue is commerce: Florida and California are the main potential production states of marijuana in our Nation. These two states depend on agriculture and both got hit hard by real estate foreclosures. Both states need money bad and the marijuana crop is the U.S. most valued crop and could be a turning point for both economies. As California is well on their way; Florida is a backwards state with a lot of oppressive ordinances, laws and rules and we need legislative changes ASAP.

The problem with HR 2306 as it is written is that it does not allow interstate commerce of marijuana which hurts large scale production states that could immensely profit from its exportation.

As the law stands it could create a pipeline for the underworld and the government will lose a lot of money as a result of illegal transport across state lines. Interstate commerce has to be addressed in this bill.

Here in Highlands County and the Heartland of Florida, we have a lot of unsheltered territory. We have a agriculture market that is weakening as fruit prices are going up due to labor shortages; farmers are having a difficult time clearing their trees as less workers are laboring the fields. Why; because the pay is too low for the work and we depend on foreign labor? These are the type of issues that must be addressed.

A HR: 2306 addendum should be added to allow interstate transport from one state to another by air or ground or sea to any state or country that allows legal marijuana sales.

The state of Florida and the state of California are our main agriculture states. The Florida Department of Agriculture has to be subsidized by marijuana growers in the state of Florida. Understand marijuana is a weed and it will grow plentiful in the Heartland of Florida. Here we have plenty open space to produce the crop, sunlight and water, but we cannot simply replace agriculture farmers with marijuana farmers we must protect our food industry in America. So farmers has to have an incentive to grow food at the wallet.

Marijuana Farming should have legislative intent that goes beyond the obvious which is smaller government and new tax revenues from a new product. And it should address many other issues contingent to the legalization of marijuana in Florida.

Things on the fly that should be address:

#1: Marijuana Agriculture subsidy Act of Florida: When you have two crops that come from the same place and one cost $1,500 per pound and another $.99 per pound. They have to balance out at the department labor and the supermarket. By keeping marijuana at a high price we can lower the prices of fruits and vegetables and increase the wages of the agricultural labor force.

#2: Marijuana Fair Licensing Act: Let us face it, most of the farmers already control the land to produce the crops here in the Heartland. Most of the contracts will naturally go to the agriculture farmers to grow the crop, but no all; as somewhere the size of a football field could produce a million dollars of crops annually.

A) Only citizens of the United States of America and Florida can commercially farm marijuana in the state Florida.

B) Minorities have to be guaranteed a percentage of the cultivation licenses and worldwide distribution and like I said part "and a mean a nice slice of the state taxes" must go to subsidize the fruit and vegetable industry here in the state of Florida and the Heartland. However, this has to be reasonable.

C) Permanent residents of the state should have a priority for the employment on marijuana plants on location in Florida and the Heartland, to include positions such as security of these valued crops and the harvesting of them as well as packaging.

D) Military Veterans should have a priority as venders/distributors of Marijuana. Venders must be Florida citizens without a felony conviction or with clemency from the Federal government or state from which he/she distributes out of.

3) The Florida Infrastructure Development Act: After we subsidize agriculture of off the top, to secure our labor forces and bring down the price of fruits and vegetables. Insure that this market is a living wages industry and protect our local labor force, we have to set an agenda to help our overall economy. Here the governor has to set his own initiative. We need public transportation here in Highlands County and the Heartland in the form of buses and connecting trains and buses to the high speed rail going into production as a nationwide network.

The Highlands County & Church Community Development Initiative

The Highlands County & Church Community Development Initiative

By: Rev. Frank Paul Jones - President of the NCNCHINC

Based on Highlands County Statistics there is about 51 churches in Highlands County, but I can attest that there are many more and they are going rapidly growing. The church in Highlands County, Florida is very powerful. I am a proponent of strong community churches, but not its abuses.

The church is an effective tool for reducing the drug epidemic if properly applied. However, if not addressed it can destroy the moral fiber of which the church is built upon. The church is used in black communities as a tool to oppress black's from economic independence. There is something wrong in the zoning codes in the black community. Too many churches are mere shrines. This is ungodly, in a community so desperate for help due to lack of sophistication.

Where there are a few good churches lord knows many here are simply masquerading saints of Satan out for themselves. They say they are save because they no longer openly use multiple sex partners, and not the offering of their service to God. There is more AIDS in proportion to population here in Highlands county than the number one state/district Washington D.C. And not due to shooting drugs as in DC but due to immorality. The community is in cultural shock!

But there is a church on every corner as a simple means of avoiding taxes. The black community zoning has to become more pro investment grow into economic autonomy. A Business District, Housing Development and Mecca for religious practices of all religions is the vision we have for the Development of the Southside Redevelopment Area of Avon Park, Florida. This calls for a unified approach between religion, government and most importantly the private sector. Zoning cannot simply do what seems constitutional, but must allocate zoning to have an economic growth impact.

We are in the worst recession since the great depression, we must become diverse in our operations. We must explore the non profit sector in a variety of ways. We need to keep it real and not simply start a church to clan up the posse. God is a jealous God and his wrath will come down on the enemy who attempted to infiltrate the heavens a wolf in sheep clothing. Keep it Real!

The Southside Redevelopment Area is Historical for Delaney Avenue and the state of Delaney Avenue is ungodly and oppressed by the church due to no services to the community. We at the NCNCHINC in coordination with the HCCH will bring homeless shelters, outreach and a soup kitchen into the Southside Redevelopment Area. But it cannot stop there we need other service and business establishments. We will clean up the Southside Redevelopment Area.

For this to work however, we must acquisition the Beach Front Property. I understand he cannot open the place due to the County Conflict of interest. Maybe we can do better with that property and purchase it in a buyers market and buyers circumstances. A secured Beach Front with all the old services to include a bar and package store, the beachfront must be reopened by friends of mine's and I do not think the church should interfere but should support the initiative.

If properly managed the beachfront properties as we call it, will be a place people who visit town can rent a motel. Eat, drink and be merry as the main support for the establishment will be the neighboring community. This is the vision! We will have a middle class establishment at the beachfront and a drug free Delaney Avenue that now serves the poor.

Before I close I want to address something. Governor Rick Scott of Florida sign into law a bill that will make it even harder for a lot of people. Please read:

(NEWSER) – Governor Rick Scott signed a law this week requiring Floridians to submit urine, blood, or hair samples for drug testing before they could receive any cash aid from the state. Those testing positive will be banned from receiving aid for six months, though they can secure assistance for their children by designating someone else—who must also pass a drug test—to collect the money, the Miami Herald reports.

There is going to be a lot of people, with no food to eat and no place to go in Highlands County, Florida.

Do I get an Amen?

Congressional Debt Ceiling Conspiracy

Congressional Debt Ceiling Conspiracy

We are in the final stage for the full effects of the economic war. The war started in full swing on 9-11-2001. Now the world is about to go into ciaos. America is taking a calculated risk, by contemplating on not raising the debt ceiling in a timely manner.

In the cities around the county people are arming themselves for the worst. I mean real gun play. People are picking up their arms in a world that will be the survival of the fittest.

It is not just the of money flow Around the world, due to America's default in the Illuminati money scheme. If America does not pay out the debt, why pay on the interest. America knows these countries will never attack us, because they depend on us regardless and we built the world as we know it today. So who goes without food them or us? They are at our mercy!

Boy oh boy, I feel sorry for Japan, Lord knows they need their money, but so do we. Can you imagine if the social security check didn't arrive and how many will die if services are not rendered? This is real and if America thinks we will be on the bottom of the priority list of expenditures they do not know President Obama. No the bottom of the list of expenditures are the interest payments because they are too high and need to be renegotiated. Everyone must feel the effect of the economic war to include the banks.

”And for whoever has a problem with these new terms, so what, you want to fight?" "Republicanism"

The Official NCNCHINC Position on Marijuana

To: The Board of Director of the NCNCHINC
From: Rev. Frank Paul Jones
RE: The Official NCNCHINC Position on Marijuana
Date: 14 July 2011

I realize there is a danger I could get carried away with my own brilliance. "Pride comes before a fall." I was accused of insulting people of faith.

I upset the Christian Community here in Highlands County, with the proposed marijuana distribution network. We need the church's blessings to carryout our agenda. So I will slowly but surely reduce the rhetoric as I realize such an agenda could cause more bad than good for the people of the Highlands County and America. Desperate people do desperate things and I realize America and the world in this economic crisis is desperate.

LBH Media Group LLC solicited my screenplays. I understand that they have filming equipment but little material and is looking for writers. Our publishing company could put out a screenplay every 2 months for about one year, being I have two completed and a team of writers.

I sent them "Everybody has Demons," and renewed my commitment to complete the screen "When Kingpins were Made." This screenplay will in summary explain the plot and covert operation "Operation Green Tea." I decided that it is a story and it has to be told in a screenplay with hopes of hitting the big screen.

I a few words the screen is about;

When Kingpins were Made, it could happen, but the story was told so that it did not!
Rev. Frank Paul Jones Marijuana Rehabilitation Plans
Everyone has their set of morals and ethics. Drugs in my humble opinion are a matter of both morals and ethics. It screws with your character and makes you into someone you are not? I have to preach against drugs for most by not all people, unless it is prescribe by a doctor. Even if you find a medical purpose for it, you have to consider is it municipal. Certainly there are great benefits to marijuana and it should be absolutely legalized.
However it is not a legal drug and using it has consequences. There ARE LEGAL, MORAL AND ETHICAL CONSEQUENCES. Smoking marijuana will cause people to become felons. Though smoking is a misdemeanor selling is a felony and how do you support your habit, because you cannot hold a good job and smoke weed everyday. For one you will never pass the urinalysis at Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Law Firms, Hospitals, Hotels, but oh sure you can pick fruit. That is the moral aspect of marijuana.
YOU DON’T WORK YOU DON’T EAT:
If you cannot hold a job, unless you are blessed, how do you make ends meet to have some autonomy in your life? So if you resort to illegal activities you can eat. Otherwise in Florida all you have is food stamps. The social programs here forces people to work legal or illegal. Certainly more social programs will reduce crime. However that is not the case and to fight the power or say legislators you have to get into the game. Using Marijuana locks you out of the system.
There ARE LEGAL, MORAL AND ETHICAL CONSEQUENCES. Understand that the law has power of labor, there are labor laws. The law that prevails in Florida is the right the work. Meaning the state is anti-union. As many other states are becoming anti-union. Some will say the right to work law is godly and conservative, but it creates crime. People become criminals when they cannot earn a living wage. So unless you are blessed you have to work two more maybe three jobs to make ends meet. Many full time employees work an additional part time job. An incentive to stop using drugs is a job that you can survive off of.
Today we live in a hopeless society. People are giving up because they are exhausted. Satan using every angle he can use. Something as harmless as marijuana from “the tree of life” is being used to destroy the black community. Because we are being disenfranchised by our own folly, we are headed for self-destruction.
I must say there are many bad drugs our there being used, we will not discuss poison. If you are crazy enough to smoke crack after you know the deal, or use ecstasy after you know the deal, you probably need urgent intervention. I mean stop what you are doing and lands at the hospital’s door.
I know that marijuana is good but it is illegal so it is bad for you. The law has to change and we cannot change the law on the wrong side of the law. We have to fight the battle sober and clean. In a legal world we will buy it like beer and wine, but until then smoking pot is actually childish, unless you really need it and prescribe medications did not work. Then you have a dilemma. Some people are made into real gangsters and a gangster has the right to smoke. There ARE LEGAL, MORAL AND ETHICAL CONSEQUENCES.
I cannot continue in this direction of using. It will deteriorate me slowly and surely. I have to have structure in my life and incomes to support may legal activities, such as music production, bogging and so forth and cannot afford to be disenfranchised by Marijuana. Until the laws change it is like poison, because it is stealing my liberty. So I cannot condone the use of marijuana, by me or family members, because it makes a person need a crutch. Unless you are really a gangster, you are not going to survive in the drug game and you cannot get a job, because of the dirty urine.

Japanese Products in Demand But Cannot Be Produce

Japanese Products in Demand But Cannot Be Produce

Japan is on a delayed effect, for a serious economic collapse. Japan is faced with a deflation/depreciation as a nation The Japanese supplies are still in demand as their reserves are being used up quickly. The problem is that once used up they cannot produce new products at a competitive rate.

The Bank of Japan claims that deflation isn't the main concern in Japan, as a deflation in this case is a sign that Japan's products are still in demand, but they cannot meet the supply in a competitive global market? So where Japan is slacking other nations or economies are filling in the void. But Japan is incapable of bouncing back to its old status as too much damage has been done to Japan as a result of the March 2011 earthquakes and Tsunami.

Japan's problem is that in this global market other economies are not going to simply wait on Japan to restructure, but is by design opportunistic and that is capitalism. And Japan has serious problems such as the huge national debt for starts as they are number one in the world, coupled with the nation's depreciation as an economy and damaged plants and unlivable areas, shortage of water supplies and the nuclear hazards are a reality.

The BOJ suggested selling bonds to restructure Japan, based on its demand in the world for its products. But the first rule of business is location, location, location. And who in their right mind wants to continue to do business in Japan? Not even the Japanese worker! They are still having aftershocks!

Let us face it Japan is through dealing with business as usual. People who buy Japanese products now will get a good price, based on the idea that they are in demand but cannot meet supplies and therefore must take the best offer. However this is decieving, whereby you will get what you pay for! As replacement parts will become scarce, which will actually drive up prices to maintain and repair Japanese products like cars and other motorize vehicles.

Japan is known for telling lies, they lied to their own people until this day and is now lying to the world. Sell Bonds to resurrect Japan? When is reality they are attempting to sell products that are defective without any guarantees on future services or current long term functionality. Code? The Japanese product has once again become junk like when I was a little boy. This is the secret lie of Japan today.

"You know we make fine products and service them, now in a deflation its a great buy." To say later, "sorry we cannot service the products, so you are stuck with it." As Japanese cars will sit on the side of the roads waiting on parts and payments will still be due with a resale price of null.
