If you are wise you will back off a bit and let things develop in their own way and at their own pace. Events on the work front are unfolding so fast there is really no point in trying to understand or direct them. Watch what happens and react as and when.
Why must I think big? Who am I really to do such a thing? My name is not in Forbes. For that matter I am not even in Wikipedia. In reality I am non existent, on the official level all I am is blogger. Who are you fooling? The so-called people of authority do not ever invite me to any events as a VIP and you say ask a question I will end these remarks with the question Why? On the contrary I need to think smaller because I have power over my actions in the ghetto and are powerless in Hollywood.

A simple thing like my pension from the VA has been frozen in Washington DC for over a year, what kind of power is that. I think Janet was sabotaged by Island Def Jam from the beginning of this tour, when they said they would not promote her tour or labum and she named it Rock Wit Chu Tour, I saw the ingredients to disaster . Then she left me out after I offered my services to her and took in Jermaine Dupri and LL Cool J whom are two members of Island Def Jam. I think the tour was mismanaged and she surrounded herself with the wrong people. I have not heard from her in about a week, so like you said vague information receives a vague response. But honestly I believe as long as she does wrong by me, she will continue to have problems. Until she does right by me, I do not think things will go right by her. It will take money to reinvent me; I got a little financial relief so that I may get the work done on my teeth. I want to replace one gold crown with another one and I want a gold framed porcelain fixture, that means I will be crowned a second time. People wonder why I wear gold in my mouth, will wouldn’t I look like a clown with crown on my head. It just seems appropriate that the Word should wear his crowns in his mouth. Yea it might be a little country, but the purpose is served. I might replace my bridge if I can afford it now; it is not an emergency like my crowns but is a long term need and has to be done in the next year or two.

My mind is set, I will be working on my music the next 6 weeks or so, especially over the weekends, I have Saturday set aside for Janet’s concert there will be showers on that day and on the subject of the tour: Before I go there I want to mention, I think Janet should purchase Google Earth, if I am right you can purchase the use of the live satellite and actually see people leave there apartment in the morning, that is how the news gets pictures of word events, it’s an effective tool, I am not sure about the price or security clearances if any.

I think Janet should consider playing smaller venues for the next month or two, November and December, she started off hot and got sick and hurt consumer confidence and the economy went down the drain, she is still pulling about 9,000 so I hear, but they are renting 20,000 capacity venues and with her stage they can only accommodate about 13,000 or 14,000 at most. Why not reduce the supply which are the number of seats and increase the demand by creating an urgency to purchase the tickets before selling out the show until people regain confidence that at least 90% to 95% of the time she will appear at the venue as scheduled. I would play the casino circuit and theaters that hold between 6,000 and 9,000 capacity crowds until we get a string of sell outs. I mean Prince have done it and the Jackson Five even played Radio City Music Hall between hits, this is a business decision to book shows quicker and add shows to the tour, reduce the overhead on venue rental and pay the entourage, until we regain the demand and maybe even add Michael to the World Tour Leg.

Aside from that we have to start lobbying politically to legalize Casino Gambling in New York City, we need to put money behind the idea and promote it and on the subject of promotions, Janet is not being promoted in New York City and the show is only in 4 days, I want to hear her on the radio and I want to see billboards on cabs and buses, this can be a tour defining show. Even if she is about sold out us as purchasers of tickets to the show deserve the hype and added excitement. I can go on and on today but that is it in a nut shell, book Janet in smaller venues for a month or two, promote the damn tour and bring the legalized gambling proposition to the forefront of New York City in the Newspapers, radio and television.

I had an interesting day. I had two very interesting conversations. The first man came to the conclusion that it would be more appropriate to challenge the newly passed bills being the bailout bill and the housing bill of 2008, rather than analysis them. He said why we are in the situation we are in now, but could not tell me what change in his life over the last six months. We talk about the unemployment rate as if it is proportionate between blacks and whites. The unemployment rate has always been disproportionate so what now whites are also losing jobs?

I hear so much talk about the bailout bill not addressing home foreclosure and hear nothing about the Housing Bill of 2008, here is a brief overview and I suggest we start having a forum addressing this bill that was passed into law 30 August 2008 by President Bush.

The black threat should be that if they harm Obama we will stop drugs in our communities and get sober, we will marry our women and stop creating single parents, we will buy products from our own people in our neighborhoods and pool our money to establish our own economic system. If black people start to talk like that they would grant Obama immortality if they had the ability. But if self destruction is the answer to a disappointment of losing another leader, than what is the black solution? You answer that question!

In any case I call on black leaders to start a forum on the housing bill of 2008, do not get tunnel vision on the bailout bill and sleep on this one. McCain said the President Bush has a loophole in this bill worth $1 trillion without congressional approval. Do not sleep on it.

Contact these people Marsh Insurance Brokers. I want basically all the necessary insurance policies that will be covered by Live Nation. I addition Live Nation will cover the premium to insure ticket sales, meaning if we sale a certain amount of tickets for a show, which will hopefully be a sellout in almost every case through good marketing practices, we are insuring they will perform the show or do the show on a later date, postpone the show or replace the show with another show at a later date.

The insurance policy is based on a breakeven point and an expected profit margin and a net profit gain to be negotiated in advance. Once we meet a certain agreed ticket sales level we sign the pre-negotiated contract.

Make sure when scheduling the shows you leave some lead way to make up shows, I want actual dates like they do in baseball for rainouts to be able to makeup a missed show do to illness , transportation problems and so on. When booking the shows remember we are dealing with a human being and not a machine, we have to have down time scheduled in to either rest at the moment in time or if rest is necessary we can perform on a scheduled rest day.

I want you to try to setup booking with makeup dates in mind if possible. In other words say we book on the October 22nd and we are free on the 23rd that could be a makeup date; however all shows will be indoors if possible. I repeat if possible. In return for this insurance policy paid for by Live Nation with Marsh Insurance Brokers we will give up a small percentage of our share of the agreed arrangements. Be reasonable we are partners in this!

The agreement is this we sell the tickets we get the contract in advance of the end of the tour, so we can plan our future arrangements. I did not plan on Janet doing MTV, but if that is what she wants so be it, it could become big, but my focus is not on an particular event other than this tour, we can schedule this in it can become big if done right. Like I said as a springboard I want her to send out agents to represent her to weed out those who are simply not talented, then let her take the spotlight when it starts to get serious at MTV. Before she actually recruits we get paid for name recognition and promised future appearances. We can do a Janet review at the end of each show like they do in those Model shows even if she did not do the recruiting at the beginning of the shows events.

This will certainly be a good year but how do you go about making it a great one? Start by telling yourself that all things are possible. Continue by trying something new every single day. Finish by loving someone from the depths of your heart.

Try not to overreact to criticism today because that will give your rivals the impression that you have something to hide - and it may be true. Act as if you don't have a care in the world. If you pretend hard enough it won't be an act for long.

First of all, I heard from Janet last night so I am not paying attention to the rumors out there.

I have been doing a lot of maintenance on my studio computer and decided to make a few changes in how I create music. I think I will start using Samplitude V8 Classic as my default Host Program instead of Acid Pro 5. I uninstalled Acid Pro 5 and cannot install Acid Pro 6 for some reason. I think I will start using Samplitude V8 Classic as the Host and Reason 4.0 as the Slave along with my VST and VSTi and Cubase SL-3 to do my studio work unless Samplitude V8 Classic proves to be everything it is supposed to be. In which case I will not install Acid Pro 6 and give it away and let go of either Sonar 7 or Cubase SL-3, probably I will install Sonar 7 in another computer in my name and give up Acid Pro 6, I opened the box but it is still unused and can be registered in the name of the person I give it to. This is my next project! This will take my music creations to another level.

I have a lot of reading and studying in front of me, I have to read the whole Samplitude manual and this book on Reason 4.0, I know Reason 3.0 and have been using 4.0 but it has new features I am not totally clear on and the book I have explains the new features. I plan to get back into my music and split my time between blogging and creating music and working, I had to work more hours last week and yesterday but today I should be back on my regular schedule and will have time for my studio projects. My studio fell behind on the updates and I probably have more to go I have been neglecting my studio and putting all the focus on the tour, I need to mix it up more because my intentions was to work on some material for Janet’s next project while she is on tour.

I suggested that Janet consider a more advanced ticketing pricing system and not sell tickets like a drug dealer, who has the customers hooked. She has to win them over again, even if it means a price breaks on some tickets, we want to sellout every show even if it means lower ticket prices the work is the same before a 75% capacity crowd and an 95% capacity crowd (The same show), but if you reduce the tickets about 25% or 35% we might sell more tickets faster, we are in a recession and discretionary spending is down, people are losing their jobs, but entertainment is even more important now than during good times because people need to forget for moment to refresh their minds to think there way out of the current situation, but $135 for a front row might be steep, maybe $75 to $85 and bunch of $60 and $50 tickets and the back row for about $35, Janet does not need money she just needs to pay her band and entourage, but out of principles she has to gain a profit for her work.

This comes to accounting practices, she has to tabulate all expenses and determine a breakeven point to figure in a profit margin. I think they call it a breakeven analysis. Something I picked up in statistics. I think Live Nation should reduce the price of concert ticket across the board in response to the Bailout Bill Act. And price tickets according to Wall Street reports when the economy starts to grow again we can go up on the prices.

Entertainment should work in cohesiveness with the economy and sometimes do certain things in reverse to support a recovery. Even the box offices at the movies are down while ticket prices are going up when they should be going down. This is a time when actors, singers and other entertainers to be taking price cuts, they get extravagant salaries so a 25% to 35% cut in wages does not put them out on the streets but it makes it possible for businesses to advertise cheaper and allows people feed their families and buy gas, now when these prices balance back out they can ask for more because people will have the discretionary money to spend. Hell the price of housing is going down due to foreclosures so they come out ahead anyway, it is a buyers market.

Janet was diagnosed with Vertigo probably due to an ear infection from irritation as a result of exposure to loud music and unprotected ears. Vertigo is a symptom that can be something serious or not serious at all. Certainly ear infections are curable and a person’s hearing can be fully restored if caught early. Exhaustion coupled with Vertigo due to ear infection may have seemed more serious than it was undiagnosed. But everything is under control and the show will go on.

Live Nation added to the Tour’s production two full time nurses who will send vital signs of the Janet & LL Cool J entourage to a central location to be examined daily with an on call doctor at the City of Venue as a preventative measure for future illnesses and injuries. Also Janet promises her fans to cut back on the night life and put the focus on the show and to drink plenty of water and no alcohol to prevent future heat exhaustion and fatigue due to water weight losses causing dehydration.

So you can look forward to a blockbuster as in the past as Janet realizes she cannot work hard and play hard anymore and this is the time to work to the pleasure of her fans, who she promises not to let down. Elaborate on recovery:

First $700 billion goes to the Market as liquid investment capital between now and December 2009. Property goes to the government that is the tax on our gains over the years. We buy back the property at a fair market value for about $700 Billion to $1 Trillion. It is my understanding that you’ll found $1.7 Trillion. This is only the first stage. We get the property, the government gets tax revenue and the people get investment capital.

If we can get Bloomberg back in office he will give us the Casino Gambling rights, making us the largest city in the country with those rights, we will become the entertainment and business capital of the world. My promise is within reason we will guarantee a balance budget in the state of New York perpetual within reason. Also we will buyout OTB and end the numbers rackets which will be a conflict of interest. By doing this we will bring a lot of new money back into the system on a regular basis to be taxed by the City, State and Federal Governments. This will stabilize the economy for the long term and payoff the National debt.

From AIDS to AIDS & Recovery equal 33 years:

AIDS was developed about December 1976 and will be released in 2009. The Rescue Plan expires December 2009. They say the ministry lasted 33 years. Whatever!

In any case the set rate for all dirty money that will be recycled back into the system will be 50% through gambling entities, to be controlled and operated by Gambino and Associates. We will end the war on drugs and legalize Marijuana. The Cartels get to invest in the mainstream in the open and they pay 50% tax bracket to be split fairly between us and their country of origin. I will settle with everyone I promised to settle with as well as make it possible for the government to finance social programs that promote independence and not continuous dependence. It is my position that often your debts to foreign entities are debts to me, which means you owe yourself in many cases. We will balance the trade deficit.

I do not believe the hype and do not see the difference between a Democrat and a Republican. Every time President Bush tells the Democratic Congress to sign an expensive bill they jump like punks without a mind of their own.

First we signed on to the war and now we want to sign on to a bailout, that might be artificial and how the next president can be effective after this bill. And for a lame duck President at this? I say no to a 2 year commitment of buying the debt and yes to 6 months of paying down on the debt to allow the new administration to assess the problem and take the leadership role in the resolution. I say we make payments for six months with the option to buy instead of jumping in with both feet in not knowing if this is the right solution to start with.

I think we should buy time and put on a temporary fix and print $100 Billion to liquidate the financial institutions to continue business as usual and come up with a well thought out plan by a new administration we can hold accountable instead of forcing a commitment on the next administration, and destroying their discretionary spending abilities to carryout the things they promised during their campaign. I think this is a conspiracy and they are using scare tactics on the American people.

I heard a woman say I am frightening people away from me by making statement like accomplished when talking about AIDS. What I was talking about was that I accomplished self control. In my youth I was wild, but over the years I learned to take care of myself. It is not about how good it makes me feel and it is not about bad feelings whatsoever, but it makes my body a slave to me instead of me being impulsive and horny all the time. A lot of relationship begins totally out of lust, because people are ashamed of something natural.

I think you should do the rest of October with the USO cool out for two weeks in November and break overseas in the middle of November given Michael time to prepare. In Space Travel Search for Energy

So Mars has water and salt? This is the first sign that it might be able to sustain life. Personally I think the strategy is all wrong. We are trying to travel through space to find new worlds so to speak, but instead of trying to find a way to actually travel, we are looking for signs of life. I think the approach is wrong.

I think we should be in search of energy. In order to travel long distances we have to be able to setup stations for refueling. I believe Mars as well as the Moon has energy that can be tapped and converted into a useful energy source for space travel. If we find energy, we will be able to land and takeoff from remote places like the Moon and Mars and other planets as well!

If it is not too late I think we should reset our priorities in space travel and try to find a way to go to distant places, because we are life. We do not need to find life we need to find energy and with energy we can travel to distant places and be able to survive on places like Mars for long terms.

The message of the day is find energy and not life. Let us take care of the already living. FIND ENERGY!

Is it Possible to smoke them out at Afghan?

I do not know what is going on over there in Afghanistan, I hear they are hiding in caves in mountains by day and are stone killers by night or something like that. I hear we are spending billions of dollars per month on these wars. And is destroying a lot of equipment in the process!

I am a warrior and understand the art of war and it just seems to me that we need to smoke them out of their rat holes, with gases heavier than air. I am talking about something that can be dropped by aircrafts and continue to go downward. Open Letter to: Senator Obama & Senator McCain

I want to be your friend if you plan to cure AIDS and fix the economy by whatever means necessary. Do something about the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, either fight to win it quickly or move out. We are losing 6,500 to suicide annually to men and women, but mostly men who come home from the war and kill themselves on U.S. soil. We are losing 3,500 in war and we have 50,000 casualties. Something is drastically wrong about our tactics.

We have gas prices out of the roof and the price of everything is going up as a direct result. We have an enormous trade deficit. We have a drug epidemic and illegal immigration out of control all due to corporate greed

The fact of the matter is not everyone is in the red; I do not need anything from the government it is the other way around. Your economic problem is that the money is out of the system and every time you print more money you make the dollar weaker and more money leaves the system.

You have no choice but to give me the gambling industry in the form of casinos in New York City for starts so I can bring the money back into the system. I also want OTB in New York City. I want to own Highlands County, Florida and build a gated community. The place is prime real estate once it is developed. It is about 10 ft above sea level so when a hurricane hits Florida it is probably a strong wind by time it hits there. And it has plenty of water yet in it is centrally located and therefore I will be above ground and not hide in a hole like rat.

What most be done most people do not believe can happen, because people say they believe in God but they believe in something that is not obtainable. When was the last time a disease was cured? Answer that question than ask yourselves why.

The fact of the matter is most diseases are manmade, but people have been conditioned to believe they have to die in a short period of time. Everything expires from human life to computers to even can goods and this is the mentality that has to be overcome. God created man to live forever. We have to believe in life and not death. We must heal the sick and cure diseases; we have to heal the atmosphere in the reverse way that we decomposed it.

George Bush did what he had to do and set the stage for Obama or McCain. The country is going to turn around regardless of who is elected. I want to be neutral between two friends.

RE: Settlement

The settlement is $1 Trillion. My cut is $100 Billion. I will use this to settle with my family, friends and certain organizations. If Bill Gates can have this kind of money so can I. I will disperse about $50 Billion to all parties. I will use the $900 Billion to settle everyone else. I will settle with the African Americans (Jews or Zulus) that I see eye to eye with; the rest can fight for their reparations, I do not care. Also, I will settle with the Gentiles. Basically I will settle with the Church, being those who will support our cause, whom are true Jews if they are chosen. I think this is a fair deal, considering Iraq!

The way I see it, I will have about $425 Billion to $450 Billion after I take care of my men and women, to settle with the church. Those who are called Jews as far as I am concerned are actually Gentiles, but if they insist on being Jews so be it, because I will treat all members of the church the same way. In the same way I will establish a bank to settle with my men; I will also establish a bank for them.

My annual budget will be based on the interest payments of my total assets, which will be 20%; this will allow me to support the economy instead of trying to monopolize it. Plus I want 25% of the profits made by the Gambino Enterprises, being the two research divisions. The other 75% will go to share holders. I will pay taxes on my income and then do charity with the balance minus the rate of inflation which will accumulate into my estate to maintain the actual value of my assets. My settlement is after taxes, it does not make sense to print the money to tax me, you figure out what the taxes is and add to the settlement. Everyone else will pay their taxes out of the settlement.

Now need to put the focus back on the Iraq and Afghanistan troops and veterans, we are losing over 3,300 a year on the battle field to death and over 6,500 to suicide per year in America and to mention the causalities of war. I was serious about sedating them and entertaining them, the burden of war cannot solely be carried on the shoulders of the military the civilians have a duty as well. Saw a young veteran and he was so lost, it made me so sad to see this sight. He was pitiful! It was like his soul was taken from him, is this our promise to a new America?

I was serious about curbing the drug trade and terrorism using the Mafia, Crips and Bloods under the banner of Freemasons and the Knight of Columbus. Do I have to step by step this again am I speaking to deaf ears?

There is not much point worrying that you are behind in your chores because there is simply too much ground to make up between now and when the Sun leaves the work area of your chart on the 22nd. Besides, people matter more than meaningless tasks.

I read somewhere about a dude who was behind on his tasks and had so much to do that he knew he was not going anywhere soon, because he was sent to complete the job that was unfinished.
Must I repeat myself over and over? The plan devised for Janet is the answer to part of the puzzle concerning the troops in the Middle East, she is a template to act other Hollywood acts follow, you have to entertain those men an women and you have to sedate them because and damage has already been done. What is the Pentagon a bunch of dummies or ass holes? Maybe we need to give them a training exercise to see what it feels like to be in Iraq and Afghanistan. And I am tired of the 3rd Infantry Division getting dogged out all the time; this has been going on since World War Two. They are a highly decorated unit I now it is my Division.
People argue to send the troops home ASAP and I agree, but we have a problem at home that needs to be addressed also. We are losing 6,500 veterans to suicide every year, which is more men than we are losing in the war zone, so what are we sending them home to, broken homes, into being new born strangers, loneliness and the lack of understanding as to what they are going through and have experienced. Maybe we need to setup temporary housing for these men and their families at closed down military installations so they can be together and support each other, until they are ready to face the real world again. We need to pamper them fro awhile!
As things stand we out process them and throw them back out into the world alone, in many cases broken homes and in a stressed out mentality. We have to do a better job. My suggestion is if you can build temporary homes in New Orleans, you can build temporary homes for this national crisis, not to belittle New Orleans, but are they losing 6,500 a year to suicide?
Think about it we lost 3,615 troops to war in Iraq and Afghanistan in 2007 and 6,500 to suicide stateside the same year. The military code of discipline is the only thing keeping them alive. We might have to extend there tour of duty for one year stateside mandatory duty assignment prior to release to transition them back to civilian life. We have to do something right now indecisiveness is the enemy.

An e-mail to MediaTakeOut.com by an alleged employee describes Jermaine passing out bad checks and habitually making his payroll late at café Dupri which has recently closed down; coupled with the fact he is selling homes in a buyers market, makes you wonder if her is really living the life? Of course these are just rumors and the future will tell.

Problem:

There is an enormously high suicide rate among Iraq and Afghanistan veterans after returning home.

Reason:

The probable cause is burnout do to excessive tours without enough R&R.

Solution:


The fact of the matter is that these Men and Women in Iraq and Afghanistan need to be sedated on occasion and cannot drink booze due to being in an Islamic Country. They need to be entertained and they need Recreation and Relaxation for a reasonable period of time with their families during and after their tours and what they need has to be an allowance because their salaries will not allow them to afford the therapy they need.

I think the first preventative measure is that they give these troops prescribed drugs, without diagnosing them as mentally ill on occasion in the rear a week or two at a time. One of the problems as I see it is that they feel what they are going through 24/7 they need down time and alcohol is a part of the military experience. They are being deprived of this because they are in an Islamic Country among people who are not all there to start with. They commit suicide in the name of God. Who knows maybe the Muslims need a taste of their own medicine. (Heroin) They grow that shit in Afghanistan and we support it.

I think you need to address the Congress ASAP and request additional funds to address the suicide rate among these veterans which until now was unknown to America. It could be their conscience due to the fact that they never stop feeling the pain of war during the duration of their tour. It may sound unethical but they need to be sedated ASAP under psychological and psychiatric supervision or they will not be any good to anyone in matter of time and the suicide rate is proof of this. We are killing our troops through bad policy, forcing Islamic traditions upon them as they are used as hired killers for the same exact people. They have damn nerves! YOU KNOW IT AIN’T RIGHT!

This is only a first step. The United States Military and the United Service Organization need to call on Hollywood to support the troops with professional high quality entertainment. Because of the hard times in the music industry these entertainers should be paid a fair wage, through logical support by the military in support of their tours that will be both civilian concurrently with the USO. What I am trying to accomplish with Janet’s Rock Wit Chu t Tour is the template to how this should be done.

There are 155,000 U.S. troops in Iraq and 33,000 in Afghanistan now:

This comes out to about 210,000 troops in full time war. The mistake we are making is we are forcing our troops to fight a full time war over a long duration of time. I say if necessary make it 250,000 if it means putting them in part time role. Part time fighting will make them more effective in the long run and make them more stable when they come home.

I prefer to keep the 200,000 in the station of war and keep 50,000 out of it, this would mean 9 month in the war and 3 months on R&R and training to maintain awareness. It could be done in a 3 to 1 duration.

So I am calling on a larger escalation if there must be one, but creating a friendlier environment for our troops. Let them go to Europe and Hawaii for R&R and the rear for burnout treatment prevention code for sedation.

I counter your counter claim and will get straight to the point. Now you claim $25M in damages which is more in line with a fair fire insurance claim. I accept your claim with conditions.

First of all, like all fire insurance claims there must be a deductible of 20% which brings your claim down to $20M. Because the property was totally destroyed to rubble we have to assume that you’ll had a certain degree of negligence. Therefore I say it was an 80% to 20% liability. If this cancellation is about the Discipline record sales in Europe that is a poor excuse to neglect you fans over there. You have to look at the sales of all of your singles over the years, because that is what the tour is really about. It is not about Discipline but is all about you and your great and rich history as an artist.

There are people who sell the hell out of concert tickets and sell way less than Discipline on a regular basis. People like Patti Labelle and Tina Turner are great examples of people who have a fan base that loves them but does not buy millions of their records on a regular basis. But Tina is expected to turn over $60 million on her upcoming tour.

You have been fortunate in your career to sell 100 million records world wide, I say again world wide. People miss you and want to see you and the promotion of Discipline is not of their concern, you cannot force people to like something they do not like enough to pay $12.99+ for, but you better believe your fans have your CD, there is a thing called the black market by the way. And sometimes people do not like something about the situation or sound that they choose not to support the project commercially. But they play it on their MP-3 anyway.

For the last 5 years all you have been was bad publicity, with a boy in your arms trying to do a man’s job. What happened to you could have never happen with you in my arms. You act like you owe Def Jam something other than no damn attention. In fact a good catch is “Janet’s Greatest 42 Tour,” you can still perform and extra 3 songs, but it should be all about you and not Def Jam. Fuck Discipline once you leave the United States and sell some publishing to Live Nation and Clear Channel Communications making them partners and get your full tour support.
