Joe Jackson thought I was crazy and in the process let Jermaine Dupri make Janet look like a damn fool. I know you still run the show. You are probably wondering what in the hell does these two people have in common. First of all Steve Harvey you try to give me counsel and turn to Bro. Jesse Jackson for counsel and he works for me so what do that makes you? I always said there will be people who will doubt me but look up to those under me and the result will be that there will always be a buffer between us. You report to Jesse and ask him who am I. Off the air of course!
When I was a child I met both of these men before they died. In both cases I tried to save their lives, I loved Crazy Joe Gallo; he was like John Gotti in that he gave money to the kids, they both were chartable. John is still around somewhere! Malcolm X was Detroit Red when he was a Pimp in Harlem and Frank Clark Jones my step dad knew him personally during that era they were both pimps.
They both had something in common; they both wanted their own family. If Joe would have said ok I will be a member of the team, he would have lived. I cried because he did not want to concede he wanted his own Family or would die in the process of trying to create that family. He had no idea what would become of me, he was known for the leadership of the Black Mob and they got rid of Anastasia which put my father Don Carlo in the driver’s seat.
Malcolm X made a bad calculation and when he met me he chose to die for what he called the cause; by the real Crips I am known as the cause. Malcolm X did not have to die he chose to die rather than concede to something he no longer accepted and he died knowing the truth. Crazy Joe Gallo as they called him died because it was not time for what he was promised which was his own Family that today I will call the Jones Family to be headed my Russell and Peter. But I think to cancel them we will call them the Gallo Family in memory of Joe Gallo, because had it not been for him the promise being me may not have developed as I did. The promise was given to Joe Gallo that he would have his own family and the Gambino Family reneged on that promise and today in the name of Frank Paul Gambino I uphold that promise to Joe.

SACD Introduction Pricing Strategy
If the 16 times more sample rate of the SACD as compared to the current Compact Disc and the high decibel rate of the SACD create a really noticeable better sound, the SACD probably will have a long shelf life (It will be around for a long time).
We all know that these Discs are relatively inexpensive to mass produce and if we flood the market with Greatest Hits compilations, say about 100 artist for SACD agree to put out a Greatest Hits SACD for comparison purposes as well as a profit from work already done, this will ignite the SACD production machine to go into full mass production.
Now do we introduce this new technological breakthrough at higher prices as compared to the dinosaur Compact Disc or do we show confidence in the new technology and its anti-piracy capabilities and sell them at a lower price?
Personally, I would be interested in purchasing Super Audio Compact Discs if they were introduced to the market at sales prices. If I was the record industry it would be my hope that once again many artists will be able to register 5 to 10 million copies multi platinum sales. The way to do this is to sell many copies at a low price rather than sell a few at high prices which would be the chemistry for failure.
I would not make the same mistake as the New Generation of DVD’s and charge 50%+ more for the product, on the contrary I would go from what I think is the recording industry standard of a SRP $16.99 to a SRP of $10.99 and reflect this in the contracts of the artists to promote the SACD. This can be done if the industry cuts back on the artificial deductions they place in the artists contracts, certain deductions no longer apply and are clearly rip offs. I would sell the Super Audio Compact Disc for about $7.99 the first two weeks of a new release in major record stores around the country, by major artist. The Recording Industry has to compete with the Black-Market; by showing the consumer they are not greedy.
Sell the greatest hits of various artists at $7.99 to as much as $13.99 for a double SACD in the introduction phase and adjust the prices accordingly in the future. Greed could destroy the SACD campaign.
Also we have to consider the technology used to create music in the studios today, with less musicians being used the costs to produce a SACD is lower than it was in the past when bands where being exclusively used. Today most of the music is down using samples and loops along with MIDI and VTSi, there fore the costs is drastically reduced to produce music today.

Introducing the Super Audio Compact Disc is the Ethical thing to do:
The new generation Compact Disc the “Super Audio CD,” was developed before the year 2000 by Sony and Philips Electronics. It could have almost wiped out the music Piracy and the black market of audio CD’s. So why we are in the year mid 2007 and it still has not reached the market in a large way? It is my opinion that the unethical consumer electronics and music industry.
What I am about to say is nothing new; I said it before, but I was unaware that the solution is already developed. The consumer electronics industry makes money by developing devices and software applications that allow consumers to steal music and motion pictures. Companies like Sony gets paid by having a Michael Jackson make an album and then on the other hand put out burnable compact discs and CD burners. So while Michael might end up in the red, Sony still makes profits at the other end.
I think the government should step into this dilemma and force the music industry and the consumer electronics industry to do what is just and ethical thing. The Super Audio Compact Disc is overdue and should replace the old CD’s that are still on the market and have become totally obsolete. The SACD should be the industry standard in not just selected genres but in popular music, hip hop, R&B, Rock, Jazz, Reggae and every other genre of music. The SACD is overdue and artists should voice their demand that their material is not made to be given away.
Note: The SACD is being introduced by Sony Electronics now and is a promising technological breakthrough for people who really like good sounding music. I have to correct a statement I made about how much music can be held on a SACD. It can hold two complete versions of stereo and six channels at 74 minutes each, which is 148 minutes of music, but realistically the artist will probably put out the same music in the two formats, but could reward their fans by doing something different. What I am about to reveal to you all will take some thinking. Since the 1970’s we have been sending rockets into outer space. Amerigo Vespucci: Was a famous Italian navigator, born in Florence, 9 Mar. 1451; died in Seville, 22 Feb. 1512; he was the 3rd son of Ser Nastagio, a notary of Florence, son of Amerigo Vespucci. He was a businessman and an explorer of Italian descent, it is believed that he was a Mulatto but this fact is hidden modern in history books. Vespucci participated in many early voyages to the New World (The Americas) for Span. He was chief navigator for the Spanish which included preparing maps and routes to the New World. Of his three voyages, one was the discovery of parts of South America, specifically Argentina and Pategonia areas. In 1502, his voyages were highly important because they confirmed doubts of the New World being a separate land from Asia. So on the seventh opportunity he recessed from all his work. Amerigo Vespucci: Was a famous Italian navigator, born in Florence, 9 Mar. 1451; died in Seville, 22 Feb. 1512; he was the 3rd son of Ser Nastagio, a notary of Florence, son of Amerigo Vespucci. He was a businessman and an explorer of Italian descent, it is believed that he was a Mulatto but this fact is hidden modern in history books. The alias Frank Paul Gambino was born 1959 in Queens, New York and was raised in the Queeensbridge Projects. His mother was married to his stepfather when he was born out of wedlock so to speak. His stepfather name was Frank Clark Jones. Frank Paul Gambino was named Frank Paul Jones. His mother’s name was Blond Eva Austin Jones and his biological Father name was the infamous Carlo Gambino, the Head of the Gambino Crime Family. Among many friends he was known as the real Paul Castellano. He is half African American and half Sicilian. He had a good life as a child, but the good times was cut short, and he could have become very wealthy by time he was 16 years old with a $20 Million settlement in 1975, but something happened that changed his life until this day. The Inmate Reduction Project
The Inmate Reduction Project
This is what we are up against:
Prisons in the United States are operated by both the federal and state governments as incarceration is a concurrent power under the Constitution of the United States. Imprisonment is one of the main forms of punishment for the commission of felony offenses in the United States. Less serious offenders, including those convicted of misdemeanor offenses, may be sentenced to a short term in a local jail or with alternative forms of sanctions such as community corrections (halfway house), probation, and/or restitution. In the United States, prisons are operated at various levels of security, ranging from minimum-security prisons that mainly house non-violent offenders to Supermax facilities that house well-known criminals and terrorists such as Terry Nichols, Zacarias Moussaoui, and Richard Reid.
The United States has among the highest incarceration rates in the world. More people are behind bars in the United States than any other country. As of 2006, a record 7 million people were behind bars, on probation or on parole. Of the total, 2.2 million were incarcerated. The People's Republic of China ranks second with 1.5 million, even though China has many times more inhabitants than the US. The United States has 5% of the world's population and 25% of the world's incarcerated population.[1]
An operation of this magnitude has to be self sustaining. The inmates are going to have to become a community within itself; meaning people who want a better life for themselves have to be separated from those who have no intentions in doing the right thing.
There has to be legislation changes all the way to the Code of Federal Regulations concerning HUD, Education and Employment. We have to start back the education system within the prisons and make an incentive to drive people in prison to this direction during their incarceration. We have to invest in Forensic Housing programs. Personally with the way prisons are ran whereby inmates have to work for peanuts, they should get 4 to 6 months of unemployment when released after doing a two year sentence or more at the rate of an E-2 of the military or it can be based on their total average earnings while in prison. I think such a system will allow convicted felons who are released from prison a degree of independence.
I think this is a multi-billion dollar operation, however it has to be self sustaining meaning as one inmate is released from prison he/she has to help the next inmate who is released. Please do not bullshit me; if you did it you did it. If you sold drugs and got busted on a day you was clean and say I was innocent and did time for a crime I did not commit, get over it. When I was in prison I did not meet one person who was guilty; everybody was innocent. But we are all guilty under the law.
If we invest in the area of $1 Billion in such a project, the personnel being the incarcerated and released have to turn this billion into $5 billion through labor. If they can work for peanuts while in prison they can do for themselves when released. This has to be a movement operated by the victims and not the Radio Personalities and Civil Rights Activist who really never did any time; it has to be self sustaining or I cannot be a part of it.
